Having to fly from Forlí, we decided to spend one night here in order to avoid leaving. The accommodation was optimal for location and quality (obviously taking into account the value for money) and everything was easy. I would say that the ease of use of everything is the fundamental feature of this short experience. Added to a clean essentials

The place was nice and matched the description. The location was really good. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. Alessandra is a very friendly and helpful host. We could explore the environment by bike and reach e.g. Ravenna or Cervia easily by train. The daily breakfast was incredible.

We stayed with Luigi for 1 night, 4 friends with 2 small dogs, we took this B&B x go to Mirabilandia which is only 10 min away, the place is really quiet and country friendly, the hosts are very friendly and flexible even at check-in time Breakfast in the family also with the other guests of the B&B, super good cakes and the eggs with Luigi's bacon super good Recommended

Great location right in the heart of things and very close to beach. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable beds, good blackout blinds, powerful shower and plenty of hot water. There's a safe at no extra cost, air conditioning and free WiFi. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and really good coffee.

Beautiful stay, the location of the B&B is great, convenient to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you are on the beach and in 10 in the center. Giorgia is always available and kind

Claudia and her husband Pietro are very nice hosts, always approachable and helpful. Pietro accompanied me to a workshop where I wanted to have my car repaired and conducted the negotiations with the mechanic. The room was very nicely furnished, simple but practical. The bathroom with modern standards. The outdoor facilities (breakfast terrace, lawn, planting, pool) were very nice and well maintained, in an absolutely quiet location with a great view of green hills. The Italian breakfast is very rich and sweet, with various homemade cakes, good cereals, fruit, homemade jam, honey and yogurt, and very good coffee. Absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back.

Excellent place to stay. Only booked for one night on way from southern italy to UK but seriously could have stayed a week. What a great place. The restaurant, whilst a bit pricey, serves wonderful food and great service. Thoroughly recommended ++++¥

For undemanding travelers who just need a place to sleep and wash up perfectly. For the price, absolutely great with a great advantage, which is in the form of breakfast and a location a few meters from the sea. The front desk is open 24/7 with very helpful staff. For an additional fee of 5€, you can use a parking lot that is about 500m away. There are several shops and restaurants nearby.

Educated, helpful, kind and always smiling staff. Our double room was very clean and bright, with a spacious bathroom and a fairly large shower floor. It was cleaned every day with a change of towels. Every morning, the hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet, designed to satisfy all tastes: a wide selection of sweet and savory products, prepared with fresh ingredients. From brioches and homemade cakes, to yogurt, cereals, fruit and jams, to cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, bread and hot specialties. Coffee, cappuccinos, and fruit juices complete the experience to start the day with energy and taste. It was a pleasant stay and a safe place to return to if I had to come back!

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but we had a really good time. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from both the free and equipped beach, so it is suitable for any need. We will definitely return when we have the opportunity.

What can I say? Five stars and more, literally. I haven't seen such a clear starry sky in a long time. The warmth of Francesco's melissa and licorice herbal tea, the house already lit by fire upon our arrival, the view of the stillness of the mountains... the attention to detail. Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need, spacious and clean rooms. We would never have left!

Emilio (the hotel host) was kind and always ready to help. Emilio provided us flexibility for our check-in request and allowed us to leave our luggage there after our check-out (while we had a walk on the beach). The hotel and our room was as described, clean and comfortable. The breakfast sufficient with various pastries, toast, fruit juice, fruit jams, yoghurt and so on. The hotel location is ideal for the beach (very close) and many nice restaurants are nearby. We walked from and to the Rimini train station and that was nice and easy 20 min walk through a lovely park. I can recommend Emilio's hotel without hesitation and i will check it for available room next time too when i travel there.

The accommodation is super clean and comfortable, the staff and owner of a rare kindness and availability, even for Romagna, which is a beautiful land of people! It was like being at home and any of my requests was welcomed with availability The breakfast choice is also great Highly recommended!

At the time of our arrival, the room was not ready due to some late customers. Franco immediately offered us a larger room at the same price so we weren't waiting. The room is tidy and the bathroom is super clean. Exactly identical to photos. In the morning a very rich buffet breakfast with many proposals both sweet and savory. Franco and his wife were super helpful and hospitable. 5 stars well deserved.

Beautiful stay and very good food!

My stay was absolutely fantastic very family friendly, the beaches were beautiful and warm. everyone who worked at the hotel was kind/helpful and caring. Side note; the best hotel breakfast I've ever had i highly recommend staying here. :)

Good hotel located in the Miramare area of Rimini, about halfway between Riccione and the more central areas. There are several restaurants and/or bars in the area (on weekends it is always advisable to book well in advance). The area is quite quiet, so if you want to go out in the evening you have to move; the presence of services such as Lime (and BIT to a lesser extent) allows you to move comfortably between the center of Rimini and Riccione in about 15 minutes.
