Facing the Atlas, this splendid guest house is located just minutes from the city center of Marrakech, on the road to Ouarzazate and near the main golf courses (Royal, Amelkis) heart of a park of one hectare, planted with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, roses and other flowers. Domaine Des Délices has 6 spacious suites and a family suite (2 beautiful rooms). Each suite, located in the Riad or the villa of the Domain, is made in the greatest respect of the Moroccan decoration (tadelakt, cedar and walnut wood, copper, bejmat natural, carpet ...) and with all the modern comfort . 6 suites: Suite Aubergine, Suite Cannelle, Suite Jacaranda, Suite Pistache, Suite Safran and Suite Terre d'Ocre. 1 family suite: 2 beautiful rooms Composition of a suite: Living room with fireplace - Office - Dressing room- King size bed (180x200) - Bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes, hair dryer and welcome products) - Television with LCD screen - Mini bar - Safe - Air conditioning. The price is fixed according to the number of people (maximum 16). The rate includes breakfast and a snack on arrival. The city tax (2.50 € / pers / night) is not included in the price. At the foot of the majestic Atlas Mountains, this magnificent guest house and its Riad call for relaxation and well-being in a setting that inspires the conviviality and hospitality of Moroccan culture. For your sports or relaxation stays, the Domaine des Délices puts at your disposal a large swimming pool, a tennis court (rackets and balls available), petanque, table tennis, table football ..., gym, massage room and steam room. Le séjour était parfait. La maison correspond aux photos voir mieux, c'était merveilleux. Titima et Zineb répondent rapidement. Nous avions demandé quelqu'un pour nous préparer nos repas le soir et le matin, nous étions accompagnés par Hajiba une excellente cuisinière, meilleure que tt les restaurants, merci beaucoup à Hajiba. Il faut prévenir un peu a l'avance si vs voulez utiliser le hammam si vs ne savez pas l'allumer seul ce sera le jardinier qui le fera. Piscine très bien (non chauffée). Hygiène très bien. Peut être ajouter un peu plus de jeux pr les enfants ou penser a en prendre si enfants après 6/8 ans. Un petit guide sur les bons plans de la région nous aiderait aussi. Plein de belles choses a voir autour! Merci pour ce super séjour!

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

The glowing reviews about this home and Pascal are well deserved. Pascal is incredibly helpful, kind and goes above and beyond to make your stay seamless. The house is even better than the photos. It’s beautifully designed, fully equipped, spotless, with air conditioning in every room. It’s modern, private and very comfortable. Soumia’s home-cooked meals were a highlight. They were delicious, beautifully presented, and better than many restaurant meals. One thing to be aware of is that it can be difficult to be fully self-sufficient when it comes to sourcing food and drink locally. The shops are limited and we struggled a bit to put meals together on our own. However, with the option of Soumia’s amazing cooking and Pascal’s support and welcome items (which was absolutely incredible), it wasn’t a problem at all. We stayed for 4 days after already completing our excursions and time in the Medina to relax and unwind, but the location allows access to continue exploring if you’d like.
