We only stayed for 2 days but would have enjoyed staying longer. Very comfortable with easy walking to lots of restaurants, shops and the bus terminal. Busses run to the park every 30-40 mins all day long. From this Apartment the bus station is about a 2 block walk. Close to the bridge from Brazil so if you're coming from that side it is very close. Located on a quiet side street there's no street noise. The whole area is safe and walkable. Nicolas was very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood.

Would highly recommend this Airbnb. Everything was extremely clean and the apartment was perfect. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Brand new apartment, complete with everything we need. Very clean, new and comfortable mattresses and the new washing machine that helps a lot. Beautiful view where you can see a wonderful sunrise. There are several shops on the street, a supermarket next door, and it is a 15-minute drive to the Friendship Bridge. We liked it a lot, we would definitely come back.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa always responded and also had a guide with tips in her house to get to know the surroundings. 100% recommended

The apartment is well located, very clean, super spacious living areas and bedrooms, kitchen well stocked, and strong aircon. Flavia was brilliant with communication and really responsive to messages. We were also very grateful for the messages Flavia shared before our arrival on details for how to get to the building and waterfalls, the transfer service we received from Omar was absolutely perfect. Hugely recommend!

The space is identical to the photos, extremely organized and fragrant, with beautiful decoration and has all the necessary accessories for cooking, sleeping and taking bath. It is safe (especially for those who go by car and look for a place with parking), and close to all attractions. Renata is super attentive and cordial, always responding on time. It has definitely become one of my favorite Airbnb stays!

A charming stay! Paula is an excellent host. The service is excellent, very helpful staff, the very cozy facilities, all very clean and practical. I rested and also had fun, as the access to Blue Park and the view of the apartment with a huge balcony in front of the park's wave pool is sensational. I made the most of it. I recommend it to everyone. A unique place. Environments, decoration... everything thought out with care. You can see that it was planned and made with love. I went with my wife and two small children and everything was perfect. Children were happy with the place.

We were greeted by Rafael and his wife, a young and very friendly couple. Rafael responds quickly to messages, the apartment is very well decorated, new furniture, everything very clean. The location is very easy to get to, with several fast access roads, close to restaurants, bars, hamburger joints, shopping/galleries, 5 minutes from the shopping center, 3 minutes to the exit to Asunción. We definitely recommend this Airbnb!
