The house is simple and cozy, perfect for those looking for tranquility and rest to spend a few days or if you are just passing through, the house has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a double mattress and two single mattresses, a living room and an integrated kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven and microwave. In the outdoor we have a hot tub with hydro ideal for relaxing, a balcony with table and chairs and a small barbecue that will not let you down.

We have UFLA and two rural properties as neighbors. We have two accesses, one inside UFLA, whose route has 800 meters of dirt road. And another all paved, along the contour road of Lavras (MG 335T). Outside, facing the river, we have a large deck with a beautiful swimming pool, fire area and barbecue. We are 240 km from Belo Horizonte and 401 km from São Paulo. All access is paved.
