This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. Relax completely in an attractive guest house. The well-maintained guest house is located on a spacious enclosed property in the outskirts between Loenen and Klarenbeek. Beautiful authentic property built in 1895 in the center of Apeldoorn. Shops, restaurants, market and the station are all within walking distance. The fully furnished studio includes a bedroom and living area and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200), which can easily be converted into two single beds. The living area has a separate dining area in the conservatory next to a cozy sitting area.

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But you can of course also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes you can cycle to the center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron. We completely renovated the former baking house in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can start.
