Spend a relaxing time on the southern island of Irabu

This is a single unit room in an old house on Irabu Island that has been renovated, where you can relax with your family. Nakajima Beach, which is perfect for snorkeling, Sunset Beach, which has beautiful sunsets, and the famous Blue Turtle Cafe are all within a 3-10 minute drive. It also has excellent access to tourist spots on Irabu Island. It is also within walking distance to the beach at the ferry. It is conveniently located about 2-300 meters away from a supermarket and a fried chicken shop. Open the large glass door in the kitchen to connect to the wooden deck in the garden, where you can enjoy breakfast, tea, and barbecues. We also grow vegetables in the field adjacent to the garden, where you can have a family harvesting experience and enjoy cooking with the harvested vegetables. Island bananas are also grown in the garden, so you can feel the Okinawan (tropical) vibe, and if the timing is right, you can also taste the slightly sour island bananas. For families with small children, we have a children's pool on the deck so they can fully enjoy themselves in the water. Experience the healing of tropical plants and the island time. A couple in their 60s run it while enjoying interacting with guests. Parking is free.

A small, barrier-free guest house that was born in January 2020. There is a ramp to the entrance.There are no steps in the room. There is no bathtub. We provide plenty of towels, amenities, and room wear (summer only) so that you can come with less luggage. We offer freshly roasted coffee in a drip bag every day (roasted on the same day). The entire building has a water purification system "Ryo Water Workshop" and a water softener, and all the water in the room is purified and softened. There is no kitchen, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.A supermarket is a 3 minute drive away, and there are also places to eat and drink within walking distance. Drinks and sweets are available at the vending machines on the premises. On-site coin-operated laundry (for a fee) has a washer dryer and a large dryer. There is no TV.You can work or watch videos with high-speed WiFi. Even if the internet is disconnected due to a power outage, there is a backup Starlink. Lie down in a hammock on the rooftop and enjoy the starry sky. ~ The best vacation with a stunning view of the Satokibi fields and the sea ~ Guest House Terrace is a newly built detached building that has just been completed in April 2024. Located in a good location, a 10-minute drive from the downtown area, it is located in a quiet area surrounded by Sato Ukibi fields and the sea, making it a space where you can relax and feel the atmosphere of Miyako Island and relieve your daily fatigue. From the rooftop, there is a large sky, and the sea and Irabu Bridge over the Sato Ukibi field.You can see Yonaha Bay on the left, the horizon in front of you, and Irabu Island on the right.The color of the sea, the sky, and clouds change every day and every hour. Especially when you are blessed with the weather, the sunset looks beautiful on the horizon, and I think the view will be one of the best memories of your trip to Miyako Island. I also bought and made the food in the photos at a nearby supermarket.It is also a unique way to enjoy the entire house to make and eat the island cuisine together. Please have a special time unique to Guest House Terrace, which is a private house.

I rent the entire Miyagawa condominium in Miyakojima.2021, interior renovation.

Floor area: 120 ㎡ We are renovating the interior from 1/6 to 3/20 in 2021. We plan to mainly focus on the floors, walls, and kitchen area, which show signs of aging. (Photos are scheduled to be posted in April) We look forward to welcoming you, while maintaining the same prices. A quiet place surrounded by Okinawan scenery, just a 5-minute drive from Miyako Airport. There are few private homes, and the area is dotted with villas, including both neighbors. At night, you can enjoy the starry sky and moonlight, and be healed by the surrounding lush scenery. This is a condominium type accommodation that is rented out as an entire house. Spend time with family and friends in a private space.
