With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

I want to share the experience of waking up to the sound of the waves, the birds' tale and a spectacular sunrise with orange tones. I divided my house into 4 lofts with separate entrances consisting of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom exclusively for guests. It's a rustic site, not a condominium or inn. Surrounded by the sea and forest and very close to the trendiest spots in Barra da Tijuca and the South Zone.

The house has a cool climate, a living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen with an American countertop and a two-burner stove. 1 Bedroom and indirect lighting throughout the house with a deck for arrival and departure from the island, also with exit from the house to the center of the island where there are shops and restaurants.
