Newly built apartment, 100 m² of private area!! 50 m² between fully equipped living room-kitchen with sofa-bed and 40" SmartTV with SKY; and en-suite with king-size bed and 43" 4k SmartTV; and a 50 m² balcony with a private pool and a view of the Atlantic Forest. All rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi. Located at the beginning of the 3rd beach, 2 minutes from the sea, it is the right place to enjoy Morro; close to a supermarket, bars and restaurants, but in a quiet residential area.

On an island that does not enter a car, there is the small chalet, close to the beach (3min. walk) and also close to the village (15min.). It is on a dead end street surrounded by lush greenery, next to a permanent preservation area, with few houses around and where public lighting has not yet arrived (but we put lights on the street). All still rustic! An opportunity for you to explore the richness of the island's ecosystem and enjoy the gentle trails to the beaches of tassirim, Cueira and Moreré.

The Cabana Empipada no Canto do Moreré is 15 meters from the beach, in a native Atlantic forest location by the sea. The 15,000 m² area has 7 dwellings, all well spaced, which guarantees plenty of privacy. The Cabana has a bedroom with a mosquito net, bathroom and minibar. It is ideal for individual adventures or couples seeking contact with nature in a unique experience with the local fauna and flora. We have our library, Wi-Fi and pets are welcome, as long as you let us know in advance!

Enjoy an elegant experience in this well-positioned place. The Botero house is located in the luxury condominium Amerigo Vespucci next to the church. Our apartment has 1/4 with air conditioning, closet, mirror and bed and blackout curtain. Full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 50-inch TV, Wi-Fi and blackout curtain. Bathroom has a hairdryer, steam iron, electric shower. Private Jacuzzi, the water in the Jacuzzi does not heat up. We also have an apartment in Salvador.

This is strategic location for a simple reason, seems to be far away because is quiet, full of green and with a beautiful ocean view but it is just 430 meters from the main square of the village.
