For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, super clean, organized, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). The location is excellent for those who seek peace, contact with nature and a real rest. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming from the first contact. Even with some minor setbacks, Tatiane was super solicitous, caring and showed real concern about our experience, which made all the difference. We felt at home and we're already in the mood to come back! I recommend with my eyes closed. 💛

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

The house is exactly like the photos, very cozy! The place was a little confusing to find, but with the help of Cris who welcomed us, everything was fine and we found it. Cris helped us by giving tips on where to eat, the location of supermarkets and bakeries, information about the house's wifi and other things. It was a very enjoyable time, my dog loved the space and played a lot.

We have nothing but praise for our stay in Caiobá in this apartment, which in addition to being extremely organized and clean, everything is very new and tasteful. I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!

GREAT!!!! Me and my wife had a great stay. Extremely complete AP, furniture and utensils to spare. We do not feel the need for anything other than what is in the AP. Everything very clean, organized and very pleasant. Mr. João very attentive and helpful. Mrs. Iliane who received us, and always very attentive, prescriptive and polite. I definitely recommend everyone to spend days at the AP, you'll be surprised. The VIEW is a bonus that will definitely make you fall in love with the place.
