The sea is part of the house and the beach is a 10-minute walk, Leblon beach is 2 km away. The Studio is in front of the bike path (it's the whole house, the house has no walls). Bus stop on Av. Niemeyer in front (Uber/taxi stop in front). It fits up to 3 people. There is 1 double bed and 1 single mattress on the floor. Super airy, bright and blackout curtains so you have a quiet night.
