Great hosting experience. The apartment is very nice, equipped with good furniture in every room. It is all air-conditioned, thus ensuring great thermal comfort throughout its interior. The kitchen is complete, and it has a wide variety of utensils and appliances in great condition. The condominium is excellent, with an amazing swimming pool, playground, gourmet space, and a beautiful green area promoting direct contact with nature. Selma, the always-available and proactive host, answered all questions almost in real time. I recommend the space, and I hope to return on another occasion.

I rented the house to my employees and they loved it. The house has EVERYTHING, very organized and clean. You need to bring EVERYTHING you intend to use, as the house is far from commerce, it is in fact for you to rest. So, as a caveat, take everything you need and the rest just enjoy the environment, my collaborators LOVE it. A very positive point is: the hosts and especially his daughter Jennifer who received the boys are WONDERFUL and helped me in an almost impossible mission, she was empathetic and spared no effort for us. The property of Mr. Alpeno fully corresponds to the listing. The house is extremely comfortable and organized, has a very pleasant green outdoor area, making it possible to contact with nature. Also, the private access to the beach allows guests to enjoy a warm, quiet and lush sea. The house of Mr. Alpeno offers us a real invitation to quiet. Myself and my family have taken great advantage and wish to return at another opportunity. Finally, I want to keep it on record that Mr. Alpeno is an excellent host. He served us quickly and helped us solve an unforeseen event with great cordiality and attention. Super cozy Chalé, super well used space, small but super useful and comfortable for a couple. Well equipped kitchen, great shower, cool air-conditioning. Several beach and umbrella chairs available for use, super quiet street, very close to the beach that is super empty, delicious to enjoy, and right next to the village/market. Not to mention the host Sueli, super helpful and attentive. We will definitely go back again and we recommend it!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in Rodrigo beautiful little house. The house is equipped with everything you need and the little terrace and the hammock in the garden are perfect to spend hot days outside. Rodrigo was an amazing house and we definitely recommend his place.

Fully equipped house, but what really delighted me, besides the view being stunning, was the house with all rustic architecture with a French touch that enchants. Any time the view is perfect on one side the Sea on the other the lake..

We were very pleased with the apartment in Ilhéus, Bahia. Everything was exactly as advertised, which made us very quiet. But this was not a problem, since we looked for the place to rest.
