House holiday rentals in Ilocos Norte

It was a great experience we had in emma's place...rooms are exactly what u see in their post at the same time their garden is wide with nice big swimming pool at the back...we just lack of time to enjoy their pool area...surely i recommend this place...breakfast is also good same as their caretaker who are very approachable...

CASA was the only place we found where we could find a place big enough for my family to have a vacation and also a central place in Ilocos for me to do some work. My agenda was to visit weavers in Paoay and also blend it with a family vacation so we can celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday. The place was beautiful and has good views of rice fields which was exactly what I was looking for. Being that it is in the middle of fields, the air was so fresh all of us slept so well the whole time we were there. It was a little challenging to share 1 bathroom among 8 people including 2 kids and they had to open up the upstairs bathroom which wasn't very friendly with 2 seniors that we were traveling with. Other than that, all last minute needs we had were met and the staff who was on site were so helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Niranja. The Villa was beautiful and spotless with everything you need to cook and enjoy. Our family is from Brisbane, Australia and it was wonderful to find such a gem to stay close to Saud Beach and many other tourist attractions. From the house decor to the double bunk beds to the wonderful private pool, all of it was well thought out and considerate. Phil and his wife were wonderful hosts and welcomed us graciously. We look forward to staying here in the Future!

The place was great! Very spacious home with, the rooms were big, living room and dining area had plenty of space to move around as well. Ms. Genevie was helpful and proactive. Had to add pets at the very last minute but she was accomodating. Just a little note though, the road to get in is a bit narrow so do not bring vehicles that are too big. We used an Avanza and it was just right to get in the gate, anything bigger might need some pro maneuvering. Other than that, the place was awesome!

We love Villa Naranja and our hosts! Ate Jen is always smiling and laughing, Phil is quiet but always smiling. They make sure we have all the things we need. They are very hands on. Thank you also for letting us check in super early. We were happy from the moment we stepped in until we got home while looking Villa Naranja’s post of our stay. And we love the free wine! It is so delicious. We will book again here!

The host is very responsive and accomodating ,the staff are very friendly the house is spacious and peaceful sorroundings.over all outstanding service with the exception of some bugs and insects in the bedrooms, and some preventive maintenance need to give attention. Thank you Harold for accomodating and satisfied our need. All throughtout our stayed will definitely come back again.

Mam Lani and Sir Jonathan are amazing hosts. Super friendly, super responsive, and definitely went beyond to assist us. The place is great, with peaceful and beautiful scenery. I thought sa anggulo lang kaya maluwag tignan sa pics, but when we arrived, super laki talaga ng place nila. truly more than worth what we paid for, and super highly recommended!! We had a wonderful week-long stay here and truly enjoyed our time. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioning settings, they went out of their way to come to the house in the middle of the night to assist us, which we deeply appreciated. The place was clean, cozy, and situated in a quiet neighborhood, allowing us to rest peacefully after a long day. Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality and we hope to return soon!

It's a great place to stay in Laoag. The house is clean and the location is near restos, stores, and transpos. Owner is also quick to respond to our inquiries. Overall, we are satisfied with our short stay here.

We had a little adventure finding the place but it was accessible and near restaurants. It was a an easy self-check-in and out, and Lani and Jonathan were very easy to contact and communicate with. Internet is good and the house is clean. We had fun with the trip, enjoyed the Sand Dunes in Paoay, and visited the Wind Mills in Bangui. If we are to stay again in Laoag City, we will definitely book this place again. Thank you so much!

Amazing Home for a big family to explore from at Laoag!

beautiful place to stay for couple of days. responsive host. option to cook outside is great too! so far, everthing were provided. the only suggestions I have is, hopefully they will provide more trash bags (that's why i always bring my own trash bag coz this is always the issue i have to all airbnb), and i hope the way fiwn to the place will be renovated into a wide stairs instead of just flat pavements since it is very steep and delicate esp if it's raining & we gave senior citizen w/ us. but so far, the place is good.

Great find! Close to supermarkets, palengke, and food places. The place was secure with CCTVs around the area. We arrived with a motorcycle and was surprised that there's a small space that fits for it 🥰 We enjoyed being able to cook and watch Netflix. Although the water pressure was a bit weak at times. Very comfortable and homey. Ate was very accommodating. Even though we arrived pretty late, she still greeted us with a warm smile that wiped our fatigue. Definitely a great find for the right price. (Also just 30mins away from Paoay Sand dunes and lake. 1.5-2hrs away from Pagudpud's Patapat Viaduct and windmill)
