Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was SPOTLESS - couldn't find a single speck of dust anywhere 🤩. Host provided all the basic needs, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, making it feel like home 🏠. Location was easy to find, we didn’t had a problem with grab and foodpanda deliveries. The host was friendly and responsive 👏. Self check in was a convenient add on too. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the city! 😊

We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s Airbnb! The location is peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the parking space was convenient and spacious. The place itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What I appreciated most was the bathroom—super clean, neat, and clearly well taken care of. It really stood out! Wi-Fi was a bit of a challenge due to a slow connection, and it would’ve been nice to have a Netflix account available on the TV. We ended up just binge-watching YouTube instead, which was still enjoyable. Despite that, we truly felt at home during our stay. The host, Sarah, was incredibly accommodating and very responsive to our needs. Her warm hospitality made a big difference. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d gladly stay here again! The place is a bit cramped but the spacious balcony and amazing views more than compensate for the small room. Affordable, this is a good deal! Walking distance ro the Baguio Craft Brewery, and Mana Cafe.

Our overall stay was amazing! The place was great and clean. The neighborhood was also quiet and feels very safe. The area was also not included in the number coding scheme of cars so it is the best place to stay if you are going to other non-coding tourist spots such as The Mansion, Wright Park, and Camp John Hay. Miss Vina was also very helpful in giving us information regarding the coding scheme. They were also very hospitable in providing us basic cooking needs such as cooking oil because we forgot to bring one. We will definitely book again here on our next visit!

Ms. Anne’s family are very kind and accommodating. The house is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It's conveniently located, easily accessible by taxi, and near many tourist spots. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Overall, the unit is spacious. This is a good place if you are someone who would only stay short time in the house and would go sightseeing the whole day. The place is very accessible with taxi and jeep. If you have a car, it is best to leave it in their parking space and just commute. the host is very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at Balai San Juan! The place is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for a relaxing in Elyu. It has that homey and modern vibe that instantly makes you feel at ease. The location is ideal just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Mang Ferdz was also very welcoming and accommodating making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay in San Juan. Would definitely come back!

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! We enjoyed our stay in ate Athena’s place. The rooms were spacious. Although only 1 bathroom. But my friends and i didn’t mind it much. It’s very convenient also that the place has its own convenient store. Also wifi was fast. The only downside for me is the noise, vehicles and motorcycles passing by, but only a part of the day not the whole time. Maarte kasi ako sa noise that’s why this is kind of an issue for me. But all in all, DEFINITELY STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating and made sure we had all the information we needed before our trip. The caretaker was equally hospitable, always available and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The place itself was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having three bathrooms was a big plus for our group. There’s also a spacious yard and plenty of parking, which is perfect if you’re bringing pets. Yes, this place is truly pet-friendly, our furry friends had a blast running around the open space. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The beach is just a short walk away like having the ocean right in your backyard, and it’s wonderfully peaceful and uncrowded. If you’re looking for more activity, San Juan beach and the nightlife scene are also within easy reach. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or enjoy a livelier atmosphere, this place offers the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

It's our 3rd time to stay in their airbnb & it's still as comfortable as it was before. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Homey, safe, near to major tourist areas, a great place to relax. Thanks for hosting us. We'll definitely be back.

Loved everything about this place—cozy, affordable, and the view was absolutely stunning! The host was responsive, and the kitchen had all the essentials—you just need to bring your ingredients. Would definitely love to stay again! Small suggestion: it would be great to have an honesty store available, especially when the shop downstairs is closed. It would make things even more convenient for guests.

Awesome place to stay

To start with the good things, Koju Homestay was true to their advertising of having a Japanese style housing in a Baguio setting. The place was neat, spacious, and affordable. The downside about the stay was what other reviewers were saying about the broken elevator. The climb to the sixth floor carrying groceries isn’t convenient for vacation goers. The other minor bad side was locating the entrance building on Amistrad Road instead of Kennon Road. Getting pictures about the front gate or map overview might be useful. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. Jhomar was attentive and flexible. A good host to have.

Not a pro nor a critic but Marks place (Megatower 1) is the best spot in megatower condo units. Just expect walking and uphills! Haha I will book again if there is an opporunity

The place is clean and well-maintained. What we really appreciated was the convenient parking slot located near the elevator. However, we hope the lighting in the kitchen can be improved, as it feels a bit dim—especially during dinner time. The TV could also be upgraded, as it's quite small for cozy, bed-weather staycations. We experienced a power interruption that lasted a couple of hours, but thankfully it was resolved by the afternoon. Overall, it's a great spot for short stays—plus it's conveniently close to Good Shepherd and Mines View Park.

Great place to stay. Clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. It’s a bit small but can comfortably fit 4–5 people. The host was friendly and responsive. Only downside was the parking—it’s first-come, first-served, and you likely won’t find a spot if you come home late at night. Otherwise, highly recommended!
