Thank you for having us stay at your residence. Very walkable and surrounded by many amenities. There's a Gold's Gym and a 7-Eleven right by and Festive Walk is a sight away. We hope to use your unit again in the near future!

Martin’s place was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic locatio. It right beside the River Esplanade and close to Molo Plaza, with Festive Walk and SM Iloilo also within easy reach. The unit had a spacious layout, a nice vibe, and a lovely view of the river that we really enjoyed. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Martin responded quickly and got it resolved without hassle. He also has a great list of nearby food spots and attractions if you’re looking for local recommendations. Overall, a great stay and would definitely book again!

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

It was a last minute, same day booking and owner responded immediately. She quickly arranged for late self check-in since we are estimated to reach the city almost 6pm. Unit is great, we had restful stay and able to do laundry as well. A day prior our check out, I requested for late checkout due to delay in my flight schedule and the owner willingly allowed and coordinated to the front desk. Overall, it was a great location to cap off our vacation. Thank you for accommodating us.

Froilan’s place was exactly as posted—very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The instructions were complete and easy to understand. The bed was extremely comfy—our family of four fit perfectly without even needing the extra mattress. Froilan was also very responsive throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus—Festive Walk and K-Town are just a short walk away, making it easy to find great dining options. Everything you might possibly need—restaurants, shops, and essentials—is within walking distance. It’s the perfect spot for a restful sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Iloilo, or even for a relaxing staycation. Highly recommended!

Definitely a good place to stay. The location is perfect since it’s near malls and convenience stores. Parking maybe hassle especially at night so it’s better to park early to secure a space outside. The room is also super nice, the appliances you will need are available. Kudos to the Internet Speed as well, I was able to work smoothly considering I need a high speed connection for my work. Ms. Kly is an excellent host. We needed change of towels, restaurant recommendations, etc. and she was very responsive and understanding to our needs and concerns from our booking until our checkout. The room was clean and free of clutter or other unnecessary objects, so it was easy to move around the space and place our belongings where we need to. The building was peaceful, and there were no nosy neighbors during our stay. The bldg was quite a walk from the mall since we carry lots of things around, but Grab in the area was thankfully quick and accessible.

I had a great stay! The place looks exactly like the photos, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with, Highly recommended!

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property.

Place is in the city, you can walk from the unit to esplanade, SM iloilo and atria. The unit is clean and host is friendly and responsive. Thank you!

I stayed here 4 days and everything was great. it's a small studio apartment with a kitchen + large Balcony. You can walk across the street to the megaworld area with hundreds of coffee shops and restaurants and stores. I used the gym a few times and the pool once. Both are nice.

Sir James is very responsive to every inquiries. Even asked him about the different activities to do and places to go near the unit. He gives clear instructions and very approachable. The place is comfy for 4 pax and all the appliances are working. Would love to book another stay here if we go back to iloilo.

Booked the entire week for my Iloilo trip. Place is at the city - very accessible to a lot of areas. Please is neat and tidy. It is big, more than enough for two people. House has a complete kitchen, good internet, a balcony. a washer where you can wash your clothes too which is good for when you want to pack light. There are two bathrooms - one in sala and one in the room. Heater is available on both bathrooms. TV where you can watch yt, netflix, prime, etc. Overall it was a great stay! will definitely book again as I go to iloilo yearly.

This is my third time at Ms Teng's place. As always, I feel right at home and I'm happy to see the working area again (the chair and table helps in the efficiency of one's work). I sincerely appreciate the snacks and Ms Teng's warm communication. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get. There's toothbrush kits, soap and shampoo. A TV for those who want to watch Nextflix, YouTube, etc. It has a bunch of streaming selections in case you're subscribed. Plus a nice view of Iloilo City. Thank you Ms Teng for another wonderful and stress-free stay in your abode.

The place truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and conveniently located near Megaworld and other top spots. Everything was great! My only small suggestion would be to provide complimentary shampoo and soap. Other than that, it’s a solid 6/5 experience!

We had a great time at Iloilo. the unit is very clean and the amenities were upper class hotel grade. it's in a a new Ayala development. Too bad we had a short stay. Our next stay was at the L*****i resort in Cebu. it's was no match.
