This charming two story cottage, known as Casa Verde, is located on a delightful organic farm 5 minutes outside of Cotacachi (15 minutes from Otavalo and 1.5 hrs from Quito). It is a cozy retreat nestled between the Andes Mountains of Mama Cotacachi and Taita Imbabura with expansive organic vegetable gardens that our guests are welcome to enjoy. Cottage Kikimba- Private house in beautiful garden

This small antique cabin, has an old wood oven and in the garden a very beautiful old stone cross, old trees such as guava and a coconut that do not bear fruit due to the climate. The cabin is rustic, has a small fireplace(if you'd like some firewood let me know its a small fee extra) and through the windows you can see gorgeous plants, it is comfortable and the only thing that is shared is the garage.

The Loft: a little slice of heaven

The Loft is a charming 650 square foot (60 square meters) guest house inside The Sumapaz Refuge, a 17 acre farm nested in the skirts of San Jose de Minas, Ecuador. This is an ideal place to get away from it all, relax, unwind, and just be. We are located 80 km or an hour and a half away from the Quito International Airport.

You can enjoy from the peace of the country (beautiful paths under Imbabura mountain for trecking or cycling) and the benefits of a big city (hospital, atm, supermarkets).

"Kawsay" is located within the San Clemente commune at an altitude of 2,800 meters above sea level, Kichwa Karanqui indigenous village, next to the Imbabura Volcano, approximately 25 minutes from downtown Ibarra. We will be happy to share our rustic home built in mingas with local materials.
