The sauna is praised, as is the cozy barbecue hut. In summer, water is pumped from the well. In winter, you have to carry water from the river. To heat the cabin, you must know how to use a fireplace and a stove. There is no electricity grid, but the generator and the solar power plant with accumulator work in the hands of a skilled tenant.
