Malecon Beach House, Steps to the Caribbean Ocean

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

The Pretext: Villa 1M

El Pretexto is our home and life’s undertaking. A space that combines wooden villas, an agroecology farming bed, an orchard, a forest, and a large wooden deck. Casa Suiza es un lugar para escapadas románticas, sólo para parejas. Estamos ubicados en lo alto de la montaña, es muy privado y alejado de la ciudad, a una hora de distancia de San Juan y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Rico. Tenga en cuenta que dirigirse a nuestra propiedad es por calles con curvas y algunas pendientes empinadas, pero completamente transitables. Recomendamos rentar un vehículo SUV o un 4x4 para su tranquilidad, si no está acostumbrado a transitar en la Montaña.
