Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

Great Glen Cabin in Inverness

Great Glen Cabin is situated on the Great Glen Way on edge of Inverness. Situated 2 miles from the town centre and on two bus routes, this makes an ideal choice for two people passing through or staying longer. There is a double bed and also a simple sofa bed (sleeping bag required). Fast WiFi and parking for two cars. The cabin is situated in the front garden of my house. Bedding and towels supplied. Closest shop 1 mile away. Gaelic and English spoken. Fàilte oirbh uile.

Lord Lovat’s Waiting Room

A charming self contained cottage style apartment in what was formerly Lord Lovat’s private waiting room in the Old Station, Beauly. With its own front door, large double bedroom and sitting room (with wood burning stove) it is an ideal retreat for a quiet weekend or for a couple wanting to explore the Highlands. Its bathroom has a lovely shower, small kitchen with two ring hob, conventional oven and microwave. Just a few minutes walk from the village it sits on the Highland Rail line.

The private deck, along with outdoor furniture & chiminea, overlook beautiful fields & mountains. Located just 1 mile from the NC500 route. Our pod boasts a king size bed, shower room & furnished kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave & slow cooker. Other amenities available on request. The cottage has been equipped and furnished to ensure as relaxing and comfortable holiday as possible, and it has its own individual character and style. You will have full and individual access to the guest house and all of its amenities. With lovely views over the hills of Beauly and the Ben Wyvis to the west is the ideal location to base yourself for touring the Highlands .
