We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 8 years. We've had more than 300 families staying with us. Maximum Airbnb Assessment! In the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting hosts. We have contracts with laundry, air conditioning company and a person of the "Do Everything" type that is available 24 hours. The cleaners and' excellent staff, are with us from the beginning.

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

For those who like adventure and hiking, this is the ideal tour, very close to São Paulo, with access by trail or sea (it is not possible to arrive by car - there are private parking lots in Bertioga. Comfortable en-suite, two minutes from the beach, with a delicious breakfast and family atmosphere for days of rest. Please note the rules: we do not accept friends who are not staying at the property; we do not tolerate drug use on the property; we do not allow loud noise.
