Beautiful house in a gated community!!!

Modern house in a gated community with 24-hour security. We are close to the condominium headquarters, which has a playground, lake, gym and sand soccer field. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 suites and 1 bedroom with a bathroom outside the bedroom. Only 1 suite has air conditioning; the other rooms have a fan. We have a swimming pool, barbecue, court, trampoline, orchard, pizza oven in the residence. Ideal for families! WE DO NOT RENT FOR EVENTS!! We do not exceed the maximum number of guests.

All the infrastructure will be for the exclusive use of guests throughout the stay: barbecue, swimming pool, spa, sauna, etc., with all the privacy you deserve. Automation with Alexa for air-conditioning, projector, lights, etc. The space is located in the city of Itupeva, 60 minutes from the capital of São Paulo.
