Our stay at Sofia's Country Style Villa in Tagaytay was a truly pleasant experience. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a highlight of the trip—they spent hours playing and having fun. While the house may appear small from the outside, it’s surprisingly spacious and well laid out inside, providing more than enough room for a large group or family. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to big families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Tagaytay.

Fantastic villa perfect for large groups! We hosted a team-building retreat with 28 people and had an amazing experience. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great common areas for bonding and activities. The host was very responsive and accommodating, thank you sir Mico! Highly recommended for corporate getaways!

It was great. We were able to cook our meals, bathrooms are clean and it comes with necessities (Shampoo and soaps), and they have provided the sink with towels to dry the plates and utensil even soap dish was available to clean after our mess. The caretakers were very helpful. 100% Value for Money.

Thanks Kathryn for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! It was such a nice time to enjoy with friends now that we have our babies. There were plenty of things to do for the young ones and adult - karaoke, barbecue facilities, and swimming pool. The pool has nice views of the mountain and the kid’s pool was relaxingly warm. Kathryn was an extremely great host. Very prompt to respond. We were also given a nice token of aloe vera plant to take home. Overall, I would recommend staying at Casa Erika! We will definitely be back again ✨

Over all, our Christmas Eve celebration has been splendid. The place is spacious enough for our family. Kitchen utensils are perfect for my mom’s cooking. We were also able to decorate the living area for our family photos. It felt home for us. —- The location is very peaceful and the scenery is amazing! —- Although, it rained during our stay and it would have been perfect time for the jacuzzi. However, the heater is no longer working. Nonetheless, it was an excellent overnight stay for me and my family. Thank you!

It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly family-friendly. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating, making sure every stay is smooth and relaxing. One of the things we love most is how kid-friendly the entire place is. There’s a safe and spacious play area, a shallow pool for the little ones, and even fun family activities that everyone can enjoy. It’s the kind of place where kids can just be kids—and parents can actually unwind! The resort strikes the perfect balance between comfort and privacy, with clean, cozy accommodations and lush surroundings. Whether we’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a picnic under the trees, or just relaxing in our villa, it always feels like a true vacation. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful retreat. We can't wait to comeback!

Our stay at Prive Luxe Villa was absolutely delightful. We especially appreciated that it's pet-friendly. The villa is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and responsive. The jacuzzi was a fantastic touch that added to the overall relaxation. Highly recommend!

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Pros: 1. Beautiful house. 2. Helpful caretakers. 3. Good location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 4. Best collection of pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery out of all Airbnb homes we've booked. 5. Drinking water was provided the duration of our stay. 6. Air conditioners worked well. 7. Very spacious. Good for large groups. 8. Pet friendly. 9. Comfortable beds. Cons: 1. Security deposit of ₱5K was required but wasn't mentioned in the listing or in any prior conversation. 2. Only one shower heater was working. 3. Internet connection was slow. 4. A colony of black ants lived in the only bathroom with a working shower heater. 5. Quite a few mosquitoes present in the house. 6. Water pressure in the shower area is weak. 7. Host sometimes takes a while to answer questions. It was a very beautiful place, but some parts of it weren't maintained well. Overall, we still had a nice time, and would still recommend the place.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

We stayed at here over a Friday and Saturday need to celebrate our daughters 18th. The host, Avy communicated well, eager to assist, and the onsite Caretaker was helpful, ready to sort any issues (minor) that we had, without being intrusive. We had a recce prior to the booking date to check the venue out and were shown around by the Caretaker Sam. The place is very spacious, and we ended up using only 4 out of the 6 rooms, which was plenty for the 25odd pax. Sam came in after the first day to reset/spruce up the place and bedrooms were cleaned. As mentioned earlier the decor could do with some TLC as the open area downstairs, ie karaoke, kitchen/dining and pool table/garage looks to have suffered from successive party decorations damage, but once our chosen caterer had readied the place this was not really a problem for us. The pools were crystal clear and very clean. Thanks Avy & Sam for your assistance, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Villa Varoa.

We had a family outing in Casa Zacharías & let me tell you, it was exactly as you see in the picture. I didn’t expect the pool to be bigger on site than it was on the photo. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the rooms were spacious, with cold air conditioning & we overall enjoyed our stay, adults & kids alike. Ms. Diana was very responsive & kind to my questions and I’m also pleased with the caretaker ate Elvie. Every time we needed assistance she was there to ensure everything is alright and that we got the help we needed. We will definitely come back!

Mam zanneth (host) was very accommodating, place was cozy, pool was warm, caretakers were very hospital, very clean kitchen with complete utensils, ideal for family gatherings and reunions, parking was spacious. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay and the area and accepting our booking. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was peaceful Nordic Loft For positive comment- maybe need to create an easy acces from karaoke room to the main dining/sala. Not to divide the guest

Our stay is very sulit! Feels like home. The one where you feel the very province vibes that gives you the very relaxing feels. Too many beautiful plants and greeneries that add more relaxation. I love how they recycled plastic gallons and bottles and used as coverings and decors for lighting. I love the kitchen in the middle, it is perfect for a family dinner where you prepare food together and bond under the mango tree. Will definitely go back when time permits

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

Diana's place offered a brief yet delightful escape. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent and check-in was seamless. While the pool wasn't heated and was a bit on the smaller side, it was just right for our little ones to splash around in. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

What I love: - visitors were allowed to come - the space looks like an art gallery, probably the collections were displayed. It is entertaining to see interesting small things - cool even if it is summer and no aircon - plants and garden view - dipping pool- very relaxing - extra 2 small bedrooms near the pool - very accommodating and friendly butler - kuya Edong - deal breaker, super attentive, he offers help even if we don’t even know what we want yet - free breakfast!! Best things in life is free - WiFi available - homey tlg sya What I recommend to get better, but it is okay even without - an outdoor shower for the pool - or a separate toilet for the outdoor space because we have to go back up to do our business - water pressure is not as strong - but my friend told us that the municipality of Amadeo has low water pressure and supply is not as efficient- so this part - the host has no control. I will definitely recommend this place to others and rebook -
