The cabin is located in a new cabin area without transit traffic, called "Svaberget". Svaberget is within walking distance to Kjerknesvågen kai.

Your home is located on the 2nd floor of an old farmhouse and was renovated in 2023. You have the entire home to yourself. This building is part of the traditional Trønder farm with Trønderlån (the house/main building), barn, shed and outhouse. The farmhouse is originally from 1850. Here you live quietly and undisturbed, but with a short distance to both the city center, Moan and the hiking areas around Eidsbotn. The apartment has four beds: one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room with room for two. Large windows provide good light and nice views, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy – both for short and longer stays.

Our penguin is a movable igloo of 20 m2, with 360 degrees view of the lake and land. For most people, a location close to the sea will be the first choice. Trondheimsfjordens perle is a good starting point for experiencing an environment with a lower pulse, history, hunting and fishing and outdoor life, a battery charger in other words. We can help with most things, transport, catering, boat rental, etc. Please note that it can get hot indoors when the sun is up, even with the aircon on.
