Nature eco lodge holiday rentals in India

We visited here for two days, along with our pet dog. It was my dog’s first trip. This stay was exactly what we had hoped for. The way they have maintained this place simply and beautifully, it felt like home. The care taker and the cook were proactive and very polite towards our needs. We would definitely wish to visit again.

1000 characters won’t be able to summarise the goodness of JD bhai, his family, and his abode. There stay shimmers purity and so do the smiling faces of his family. For me, it’s about people as much as it’s about the place… their tranquil eco lodge amidst the pristine beauty of Jibhi compliments the beauty in their hearts. A serene and secluded retreat in a Rajasthan village. The location is truly isolated, with no one around for a 4 km radius. While this offers peace and tranquility, it can feel a bit eerie at times. The hosts, however, were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a unique and immersive experience in rural Rajasthan.

Our stay at Clayfingers was wonderful. The hosts and helpers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely exceptional, a real highlight of our visit. Every meal was made with love and creativity. Breakfast is complimentary. The price for lunch / dinner was 500 rupees per each meal , per person. It’s also possible to purchase drinks and snacks for an extra fee. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the stunning garden, a peaceful oasis. Unfortunately we didn't have time for a pottery class, but it's definitely something we'd love to try on a future visit. One suggestion for the future would be to offer a filtered water refill station, reducing the need for single-use plastic bottles. This would align perfectly with the guesthouse's beautiful, natural setting and contribute to a more sustainable experience. Overall, we highly recommend Clayfingers for a relaxing and memorable stay. We look forward to returning

We celebrated our first anniversary in the enchanting land of Goa, embarking on a six-day adventure that left us with memories to cherish. Our stay at Manveer Kitchen was the highlight of the trip, and I often find myself wishing we could have lingered a little longer in that paradise. The hospitality we experienced was nothing short of extraordinary; the staff treated us like cherished guests, ensuring that every moment was filled with warmth and care. The cuisine was a culinary journey, with each dish crafted to perfection, tantalizing our taste buds and showcasing the rich flavors of the region. The stunning surroundings added to the allure—lush landscapes and breathtaking vistas that seemed straight out of a dream. It truly felt like an exquisite escape, a luxury retreat where every nook and cranny exuded charm and tranquillity.

Mr Sunando is an excellent host. He personally guides guests all through. He dropped in to ascertain that we were comfortable and settled. The staff -Subhash, Umaid, Bhagat were keen to meet our requirements. The cottage is located on a hill side, in a beautiful area, along tiger trail. Perfect place for environment and nature lovers including birding and trekking. The complementary breakfast was fresh, well cooked and wholesome. We enjoyed all the meals at the property itself. They arrange pick and drop from a designated parking on the road, in their own 4 wheel drives. All in all a very pleasant stay. They welcome pets. We went with our cat.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at this beautiful property. The location is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a private beach that made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The property itself is well-maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. A special mention to Robin, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was delicious and added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a serene escape with great hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

There’s no network and the caretaker want on the property when we reached. It took us about half an hour to sort it out. It’s basically a line of rooms fronted by a garden. 10 mins drive to the awas beach. Luckily for us the other rooms were empty and so we had the whole place to ourselves. Swara was an excellent cook! We enjoyed the food very much. All in all we had a great time but don’t know how it would have been if the other rooms were occupied The only negative thing was the room has a double bed which is fine but the pull out is very hard and uncomfortable

It was a lovely peaceful place to spend time with friends. We went as a group of 12 and we enjoyed our time there without any hassle. Special appreciation to the caretaker who was very helpful in guiding us and helping us. The food that was served was also very good. The small dining area outdoor is a great place to hang out. Small inconvenience was the map location pointed us to somewhere random and we had trouble reaching out to the landlord because of no signal, had to depend on locals. The rooms are not interconnected, almost like 4 different properties.

I had a great stay at Rashi and Pranav’s place in Dharamkot. Check-in was easy, the food was tasty, and the room was very comfortable. The service was really good, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—close to many cafes, McLeodganj, and the main area of Dharamkot. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe. I’d definitely recommend it!

I came for a day, and stayed for over a month. Old Manali is wonderful, and peaceful place to stay. This guest house is in a great location inside the town. It was a bit hard to find, yet it all worked out in the end. Aayush's friend Anshul was managing the place, and helped me a lot to settle in the place. We went together to the hot spring in Vashist, and he showed me good local places to eat. Also the other guests were relaxed, and welcoming. They were all local digital nomads, we shared evening and food in the place. All in all, this place is a mellow gem in Old Manali with a beautiful view to the mountains. I can definitely recommend it for a short or long stay.

Whether you're looking to unwind, reconnect with yourself, or just soak in some quiet time with friends, this is the place to be. We left feeling refreshed and full of new ideas. Would absolutely love to return!

I REALLY enjoyed my stay here. The place is situated in Upper Tapovan which keeps it nice and quiet though the hustle and bustle is just a meet minutes away by foot if you’d like to step into it. The bedroom was very clean and had such a homey vibe. The food at the cafe is amazing and very reasonably priced. There is space to do yoga both indoors and outdoors, a recording studio for podcasts and music, a ceramics studio, multiple places to meditate, live classes and events throughout the week, and a place for massage/treatments to name only a few. What made this property stand out the most is the lovely staff who made me feel right at home, as a long time friend rather than just a guest. It was told to me that, “Aavya is a magical place where magical people come and do magical things,” and nothing could have rang more true. See you all soon! It’s truly a magical place.

The most comfortable and comforting home. It's not just a homestay but it feels right at home. I am unfortunately not feeling well and Vikas and his family has been cooking for me, checking in on me. The genuine kindness and care is very special to receive, when you are on the road travelling and feeling unwell. There's everything you need, everything is clean. The decor with plenty of indoor plants, creates such a soft nourishing environment. The layout of the house have pockets of sitting areas with a nice sense of privacy between each room. The shared kitchen is well equipped and there is a small convenience store selling vegetable, just a stone thrown away from the house. Being surrounded by nature is the pure beauty of this place. There's peace and tranquility from the first step of my arrival. I have already booked my return stay and looking forward to enjoying the space again. Gratitude for Vikas and his family's kindness.

We had a lovely stay at Vipin's place for my husband's birthday, and we will definitely come back again. It's a hidden gem, very quiet and beautiful place. Vipin is an amazing host, he was helpful every step of the way. And he even went a step further to offer us a birthday cake. The walk to the beach is very nice, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We had the best grilled fish we had so far in India, and overall experience was magical. I would definitely recommend Vipin's place over some beach rentals that are offered in the area as they might be loud and not very clean. Vipin puts so much love into his space, that it becomes truly magical for all his guests.

As I was taking my young kids to India for the first time, I was apprehensive, especially since it was the rainy season in Kerala. David made our stay easy to coordinate and was helpful in all aspects. The peaceful area and quiet surroundings are a great location to unwind and plan other trips within the country, as was our case. David and his wife made us feel at home and were always cordial, quick to answer our questions, and always available. I would return to David's place and highly recommend it to anyone. An fantastic location.

This place is a gem and Rameshji &his family are super hosts. Right from the time I showed interest, Rameshji helped in everything,including advising on the safaris. While I booked the safaris online, he recommended the gypsy's that needed to be booked at a really reasonable cost. He accommodated my request for a very early check-in. And helped for my transport out of Ramnagar. The location is ideal. On one of the evening walks to the riverfront we actually sighted a couple of jackals. Most safari gates are around 30 min away. But gypsy's will pick you up from residence The place itself is serene,surrounded by greenery and the room spotless. All amenities work. The electric kettle is a boon. The food is exceptional. Ashaji( Rameshji's wife) rustled up exceptional dishes for our breakfast,lunch and dinner. Do not miss the aloo parathas. The icing is most vegetables used are from their kitchen garden We had a great stay and will surely stay at their place the next time we visit Corbet

Our stay at Corbett Rajae Homestay was truly special! The place is surrounded by nature, making it peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I really enjoyed bird watching every morning, spotting so many beautiful birds right near the homestay. The grassland spot was a great place to sit and enjoy the open views. The best part was the Sonanadi Zone safari, where we saw stunning forests, elephants, and even a tiger! The area is full of wildlife, and the birds here are just amazing. A visit to the hidden KTR waterfall made the experience even better—walking through the forest to find this secret spot was magical. The hosts and staff were warm, friendly, and took great care of us. The Uttarakhandi food they served was delicious, simple, and full of local flavors. If you love nature, adventure, and good hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended! ✨

The home stay was great for the price, location it was set in. The staff was super sweet and Ashish was always available and checking in, felt like home. The best part is the quality of the stay, the rooms were so well done up, not something you would expect given how secluded the location is of the place (access can be a good reason to be limited but this place is anything but limited) we had all kinds of provisions for us - food, kettle, towels, toiletries, the mattress was so good! The rooms were so cosy. It’s frankly too good to be to true but well it is. I think the only possible downside to the place is the location- it’s very very very good if you are 1. Looking for solitude because it takes you completely away from the hustle, you are in the middle of nature, no noise, no disturbances just you and nature 2. Are planning the Triund trek and need a transit place to stay. If you are looking to stroll in the market, this place is not for you. The untarred road can kill your back

I stayed here for 3 days with my Friends (group of 12), and i must say all of us had a great time here enjoying the peace , serenity and such a wonderful offbit place👌🏼👌🏼 . The owner's family made our trip so comforting by serving the best homemade food which we all crave while travelling🤌🏼🤌🏼 🥰. The whole family was so sweet and genuinely helpful towards everything including arranging taxis and rental vehicles🫂🫂. such warm hospitality made us all felt like home. A big thumbs-up to Chaand uncle ji and his family. we loved everything about the place ❤️.
