Holiday rentals with beach access in Indian River County

The condo was as represented and the hosts were very cordial and helpful. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Having the marina right in front of you is a treat.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We wanted a beach getaway that was not crowded on a holiday weekend and we found it! Rick and Tammy were very accommodating, welcoming and prompt to any questions. Short walk to private beach that is dog friendly was an extra plus! We had all the comforts of home, very comfortable bed/couch and all kitchen essentials. Hope to come back to this gem! Thank you for everything!

Brandy was a wonderful host! The condo was immaculate, very well decorated, stocked with everything we could need from books, puzzles, pool, and beach toys, to dining service, kitchenware, extra pillows and linens. There is ample space for living and dining and you're steps away from the path to the clubhouse and beach area. Brandy was responsive and made herself available for any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again when in beautiful Sea Oaks!

This place has been recently completely remodeled. Everything was brand new and high quality. The owners have very good taste.

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. We had a wonderful time at this home in Sea Oaks. Awesome location close to the path to the beach. Very clean screened in porch, which was lovely in the am for coffee. We all slept really well everyday night and were super comfortable. Would recommend to others

Amazing property with wonderful hosts! The home seems like a new build and is beautifully decorated in a clean, beachy style that’s perfect for a rental—no clutter or overly personal items, just a very comfortable and well-appointed space. The kitchen was amazing, and we had everything we needed. They even had Keureg coffees stocked. The pool was a huge hit for us! The onnnnly small hang-up was the listing’s mention of both a pool AND hot tub. We learned after booking that the hot tub requires an added daily fee to be heated. That detail wasn’t clearly stated in the listing (only said if you wanted to heat it beyond its “set temp.”) When comparing rental options, it would’ve helped us make a more informed decision. Evenings relaxing and soothing sore muscles was something we’d looked forward to, but the extra cost made it less appealing in the end. We still had a GREAT stay and would absolutely recommend this property—just keep in mind the hot tub isn’t included in the base price.

I have never before stayed at such an impeccably cared for home. Everything was impeccably clean but it went further than that. All amenities were up to date, top of the line, and had clear instructions for use. The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home for the entirety of our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

This was our second stay here in as many months. We absolutely love it. Julia is always responsive. The house is clean and neat and it is easy to get to places from there. I highly recommend Julia and her house. It feels like home away from home.

We found this gem not far from our son and his wife's apartment. It was a great space for us to all hang out and eat meals together. The pool was also a hit with the kids! The space was perfect for our needs and the house was clean and well maintained. The beach, stores and restaurants aren't far either. We'd definitely stay here again! :)

Isabelle is very responsive and accommodating. The place is nice and very peaceful, almost feels like home. I would recommend staying here and have some relaxing time with family and friends.

Kathy is a wonderful, communicative, friendly host. The check-in instructions were so simple. The house has everything we needed for our stay. The backyard is beautiful! If my daughter and I had had our spouses with us, we could see all of us, or some of us, hanging out at different times in the backyard. Since we were there to visit my mom in Fort Pierce, time was short in the house. We really enjoyed the fully equipped and clean kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. This is a home we would gladly stay in again when visiting my mom.

Beautiful place and top notch hosts! I’ve been using Air B&B over 10 years and this was our best experience ever. First class and expert attention to every little detail. We felt like very special guests in their home.

The place was great! We enjoy the comfort of the condo, views and walking to the beach. The description was just like the place in person. It had everything we needed to a great trip! Would stay again!

This is a great Harborview, Harborside location, and the apartment is comfortable. He needs a better coffee maker with auto shut off. Otherwise the inexpensive machine heate /runs all day and tends to leak ground making a mess. This is a minor annoyance, and then otherwise excellent rental, and can easily be fixed.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The unit was clean and organized and had everything we needed for our stay. The view is lovely and it is close to all the best stores/restaurants/beaches on the island. We would love to return for another week of that gorgeous ocean/pool combo view.

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.
