Holiday rentals with a sauna in Indochina

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Lucas place it was extremely close to shopping centre’s restaurants and park and transport. Lucas apartment was immaculate and spacious Luca was friendly and had outstanding communication Nothing was a hassle and he responded straight away We asked for a late check out and Lucas was very accommodating and let us check out at 5pm as it would have been a nightmare carting 6 suitcases around all day. We will definitely be staying next time we are in Bangkok. Thank you so much Luca we really appreciate you going above and beyond. 5* 😊

Host was very responsive to questions, before the trip and during the trip. The accommodation was nothing but exceptional. I left a pair of shorts in the apartment, which the host found after I had left. Host still made effort to contact me and i was able to receive the shorts back. Thank you so much for the stay.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Great place good for remote work and visiting Chiangmai. Clean.

Hosts were meticulous in their enquiries before allowing us to be accepted to stay. They were very prompt in their replies and will work within their means to ensure the stay was memorable. Location was right within walking distance to both BTS & MRT lines. The home is a good balance of near yet peaceful from the raucous nightlife.

I had an incredible stay at Michael’s place in Pattaya! The view was absolutely stunning, and the rooftop pool was sensational – the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Pattaya!

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

L’appartement est génial pour 2, literie d’un confort incroyable. Très propre et 100% fidèle à la description. Équipements au top ! Emplacement super au calme un peu excentré mais super en face du grand centre commercial. Très facile pour les Grab/Bolt de venir nous chercher/ déposer pour pas cher. Bonne communication avec Kate, très réactive. Mais peut être prendre en compte que certains n’ont pas récupéré une carte SIM ou ne sont pas connectés au réseau donc pas toujours possible de répondre ou de voir les messages en temps et en heure. Je recommande à 100% !!! Encore merci !

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

villa美觀，內裏乾淨。2間主房間正，空間大有浴缸。另2間很寬敞，我們住的很舒適。入住時我們會check下開關冷氣，熱水，如有問題房東很快處理☺️ 雖然這次旅程天氣不太好，沒有出海遊玩，但多了時間留在villa享樂，很滿意這次住宿

Мы отдыхали с друзьями. Вилла была просторной и чистой. Бассейн был прохладный, его чистили несколько раз за время нашего пребывания. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы. Мусор вывозили каждый день. Рядом с домом есть отличная кофейня, где можно выпить кофе, а также вокруг много магазинов с продуктами. Расположение удобное, можно быстро добраться в любую точку города. Когда мы приехали хозяин подготовил нам холодную воду и фрукты, что было очень приятно. Нам очень понравилось проживание на вилле у этого хозяина.

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. The host is friendly and helpful, with extremely useful local recommendations and always responsive to our questions. This villa is one of a kind, a rather private and remote place which you can enjoy the time with your friends and family exclusively. If you are looking for absolutely serenity, you may have to pay attention to the main road at the entrance of the villa. I just love the swimming pool particularly, which is perfect for day time as well as a night swim! The villa has everything we need for a perfect vacation!

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. From four travelers who stay in, own and personally run Airbnbs, one million stars! This place is an absolute gem. ♥️
