Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Located 50m from the bus stop, 100m to Toowong station, 200m to Toowong ferry. It's 5 minute walk to Brisbane Boys College and Toowong shopping village with an abundance of restaurants, cafes and a Coles supermarket as well as a 24 hour NighOwl. 7 minute drive to St Peters and Queensland University (St Lucia). Enjoy sitting on the deck with its great views to the city and Mt Cootha. The house is comfortable, pet friendly and suitable for all with a fully fenced garden and a ping pong table!

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
