Villa with private pool, not overlooked.

Very beautiful Villa with private pool without vis-à-vis. The villa is in a new residence 10 minutes from the city center of Agadir and the beaches. Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids , McDonald's ,etc.,(5 minutes by car) and many other shops. Very quiet and secure family residence, well maintained I'm happy to help with any additional information and wish you a pleasant stay in Agadir.

Our fully-equipped apartment with WIFI is ideally located. Nearby shopping center and numerous restaurants and snack bars to satisfy all your culinary desires. A comfortable living room invites you to relax after a sunny day. Two bright bedrooms, a shower room with toilet and Italian shower. A fully equipped kitchen. By car: 20 minutes from the airport for easy travel and just 15 minutes from the beach for seaside strolls at any time of day.

Beautiful quiet apartment located in the city center, on the first floor of a house. It is composed of a large Moroccan living room, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a baby bed of 60 x 120cm on request, a dining room with 4 chairs, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The presence of the marriage certificate is mandatory for MOROCCAN and MIXED couples.
