Ingelheim on the Rhine is surrounded by vineyards and has historical highlights as the "Kaiserpfalz": archeological site of one of Charlemagnes palaces. Or the "Burgkirche", a church with an impressive fortification. In the old part of the town you find a whole number of very good wineries. From Ingelheim a ferry takes you to the romantic Rheingau. Behind Bingen (10 km from Ingelheim), the romantic part of the Rhine with ancient castles starts. Ingelheim is close to Mainz and Wiesbaden.

The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

Very nice stay in Oestrich-Winkel A very charming, clean and well-equipped apartment! There was nothing missing. The location is very good: in a few minutes you can be at the Rhine, or in one of the many wineries in the area. The hosts were very friendly and always available. The check-in was completely uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

Our week at Haus Anneliese has far exceeded our happy expectations. The house is really very cozy and beautifully furnished, it was wonderfully clean, everything was thought of and the amenities are great. For us with a small son, it was also particularly great that the hosts were so child-friendly and that we could also play on the (private) part of the yard, where there are wheelbarrows and table tennis as well as horses and rabbits, among other things. The location of the house is also beautiful. Right outside the door, you can enjoy the view and walk in all directions between fields, vines and villages. Within 20-30 minutes you can reach Mainz, Bingen and other cities worth seeing, as well as the Rhine and its many castles. We had a very nice time, thank you very much! Lisa & Family
