Located in Gorgie and 5 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium tram stop, our beautiful 1 bedroom flat is a PERFECT base for exploring Edinburgh. It is spacious enough to fit 3 to 4 guests.Great location and easy access to local amenities: 7-10 mins into citycenter on Lothian bus 30; 8 mins to Haymarket station on bus 2, 3,33,25. Bus 2 right outside the door takes you straight to the old town castle. Tram stop is nearby. Sainsbury, Aldi and McDonald's are round the corner. Only weekend free parking.

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Entire cosy apartment on The Royal Mile

Our beautiful, sun filled, cosy apartment dates from the late 18th Century, and is situated on the historic Royal Mile which stretches from Edinburgh Castle to The Palace of Holyrood. It is in an ideal location to explore our wonderful city. It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.

Flat in quiet neighborhood with good bus links

You will have the entire flat for use by yourself as I will likely be out of the city however there will be one room out of bounds (my own bedroom.) Only one guest is allowed in the property at any one time. This is to do with with licensing and insurance purposes and any guests found in breech of these rules will have their stay cancelled. No loud noise or parties in the flat. There is free parking on site and a bus stop around the corner with good links to the city centre and Leith.

The Annex is completely separate to our house, but we are just next door should you need anything! 30 mins walk/5 minutes drive to Uphall train station: 13 min train (2 stops) into Edinburgh centre.Just 6 miles (10 minute drive) from Edinburgh Airport and a 10 minute walk to local shops. UPGRADED 11/10/2018!
