Holiday rentals with beach access in Intracoastal Waterway

As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

We loved our stay. It is so convenient to the beach. It was great to have a place for our beach stuff in the closet downstairs! It may not be a major amenity, but having a filtered water pitcher was awesome! Thank you for this! We can’t wait to come back again! Pro tip: If you go to Inlet View Restaurant, order appetizers from the bar on the first floor. No wait! You can order apps downstairs only, but they have 2 pages to choose from.

Anne’s oceanfront condo was a little piece of heaven. Beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom decks. The house was spotless upon arrival, and Anne actually reached out and offered it earlier than the 3 PM check in time. It was comfortable, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for a beach getaway. The location could not have been better. It sits on the south end of the beach where it was quiet and peaceful, yet a good beach walk away from the pier and inlet. The pool was a nice plus as well! Anne provided a closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach towels for us to use. This will be our go-to condo for our ocean isle visits!!

Audrey and the team were great to deal with and the apartment was exactly as described. Excellent getaway from hustle and bustle of Charlotte! Would definitely recommend.

This was the first time we stayed here, but it won’t be the last time. The place was spotless and the furnishings and decorations were beautiful. Whenever we had a question the host response was quick and helpful. The view is gorgeous! Whenever we stay other places, our backs hurt from the bed. The bed here didn’t hurt our backs and the pillows were so comfortable.

This trip is what I needed. Exactly what the pictures posted. The balcony was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again no doubt about it. Next reset getaway here. Barely moved my car. I loved it

The 5 of us old high school pals had a stupendous time. Tons of laughter on the deck overlooking the water. Great views! The cottage had everything we needed!

Beautiful space, nice and cool in the hot temps. Easy to get around and tons of things to do in the area. Lots of beach toys and stuff for the kids.

Our family had such a wonderful time at 12 oaks. Everything was absolutely wonderful and Peggy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. My only complaint is the tub of pimento cheese needs to be gallon sized! Thanks again!

Our stay was wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Sabine was friendly and proactive every step of the way. We loved being right on the water and the section of the beach wasn’t too crowded even on Memorial Day Weekend. Would highly recommend staying here. Sabine is a great host!

This place is the epitome of peace. Highly recommend this property for so many reasons - great location right off main highway, beautiful view with steps to the beach, nice accomodations with thoughtful touches and best of all, very sweet and helpful hosts, Robert and Emeric. Would love to return and stay longer.

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

The place was impeccable! We stayed for the weekend, felt right at home. Quick responsive, one slight problem, but she responded right away, and fixed the issue in no time. Didn’t have to provide any toiletries everything was already stocked and lasted for my duration of the trip. Everyone in the surrounding area is friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone that’s interested. You will not be disappointed!

My family and I visited Kevin’s beautiful place over Memorial Day weekend. Peaceful, clean and spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful also! The environment was perfect. The pool was a short walk and was quiet and pleasant! We also walked to the restaurants in the neighborhood and loved the food. Ocean isle and sunset beach were quick 10-15 minute drives. We also visited calabash for all you can eat seafood. Renting bikes are a must and visiting the wind phone and kindred spirit mailbox brought us so much peace as we are missing a loved one. Only problem we had was water pressure if two people were showering at the same time, but was not a big deal at all!! Wish I could’ve given it more stars. We can’t thank Kevin and his family enough for such a wonderful place to stay!

I love the condo. Better than the pictures (which was a first for me). Despite being a holiday weekend and in a multi unit complex, the condo was private & peaceful. Tori was so kind, professional and wonderful to collaborate with. I found myself not wanting to go home lol. We will definitely return and I greatly appreciate the experience. Thank you Tori!

This place was amazing and the location was perfect for us. (Mom,Dad, son 24, daughter 22) Quiet , yet very easily assessable to entertainment/dining/and of course golf for our guys⛳️ Steven is very accommodating and always available if needed. I would not at all question this place if you are thinking of renting. Can’t beat that view! Thank you so much!!

We were quite happy with Mary's place, and everything was clean and as described in the photos. She was also very responsive and helpful with the one or two questions we had. It is always nice to be on the Oceanfront of things and while the deck was a bit small, or would be for a family, it was all right for the two of us. We didn't know about "bike week", but around Thursday, we figured something was up as they rolled in and enjoyed going on the streets until early morning hours. It's the beach, so it's to be expected, I suppose, but nothing in Mary's control or ours. Some construction is taking place on the building, and the pool is currently out of commission. However, this issue will likely be addressed as the construction project comes to a close. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would stay there again. Thanks again for everything!

we have a great time, excellent location, beach front, very clean and spacious, kitchen with all you need, large bedroom with private bathroom with jacuzzi, near all the best restaurants in the area, they have more then 3 pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, Bar in the pool, restaurants inside the resort,its a very safe placed to have a great time with family.
