The Cow Hill circuit is close to the cabin. Ben Nevis is a 10 min car journey. Glenfinnan viaduct is 14 miles away. It is a 20/30 min walk down into the town. We are on the main local bus route. N46 or N47 bus will get you to our door from the High Street. In good weather you can sit out on the decking and watch the world go by.

You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. House boasts of a real wood burning stove with wood supplied, oil fired radiators, plenty of hot water, two gardens - front and back - to enjoy the sun with seating.

It is a 5 minute walk to the historical site of Inverlochy Castle. The house boasts spectacular views of Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis and the Jacobite Railway track. There is free on the street parking. There is a take-away and bike hire shop in the village of Inverlochy. Supermarkets M&S,Aldi are only a short walk from the house .

Why not walk to the spectacular North Face of Ben Nevis, or walk/mountain bike through to Nevis Range. The area is a fantastic base for Mallaig, Skye, Oban & Inverness. Don't forget the Jacobite Steam Train runs from April to October and takes you on a Harry Potter Magical journey across the breath taking Glenfinnan Viaduct.

Enjoy the peace and views at our cosy wee cabin. Beautiful setting on the banks of Loch Eil. Watch the Jacobite Steam Train pass on the opposite shore, along with the sea birds and other wildlife. Easy access to the water if you have kayaks or paddle boards. Located within the grounds of our home, so you share the driveway and garden. Make sure you bring your provisions as we are 35 minutes drive from Fort William and there are no shops or restaurants near by.

‘Donnie’s Wee Den’ Inverlochy, Fort William

Situated in the village of Inverlochy, 1 mile from Fort William’s town centre. Check in is from 4pm and check out by 10am. A ‘lockbox’ containing the key is situated by the annex door and we will send you the code prior to arrival. The annex contains a king size bedroom, a bathroom with rainforest shower and a small kitchen with seating area. Please be aware this is part of our family home so you may hear sound from the main house.
