Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ionian Sea

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

At the beginning of May, we had the accommodation almost to ourselves and everyone took care of us very warmly. Room was cleaned in between and the pool area was opened especially for us. We were completely satisfied. Finally, there were flowers on our car. The hosts couldn't be beat in warmth:)

Spacious and amazing balcony views. Well equipped apartment. Slightly dated but very comfortable. The resort and attached hotel is lovely. There is an additional charge to use the pool or beach access. Great communication with host. We had a little struggle with getting in the lock was a bit tricky but host resolved very quickly and was not a problem once we figured it out! Lots of shops, restaurants etc very close by. On main strip and you can get local buses to Butrint and Ksamil. Host shared lots of tips and hints. The views were amazing. I would rebook without hesitation.

We had an excellent stay at Nikos’ place! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Nikos was kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the attention to detail. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed my stay with my father at this beautiful property. Wonderful hosts Mr Adonis and Ingeborg-Beate ,very responsive kind. and friendly that made us feel literally at home. Nothing was missing from the home had all the appliances, plus air conditioner in every room is a plus in the summer, washer to clean your clothes if need be and hang dry on the line outside the balcony, the Balcony upstairs has beautiful view. Made coffee and sat on the Balcony in the mornings and night time was breezy. All Amenities are just a walk away, Butcher, Supermarket, Bakery etc and the beach is very close by with lots of taverns , restaurants and for drinks Great stay at home ! Highly recommended! I have no words to describe the hospitality of these people, thank you very much. All excellent, the home is highly recommended!

Place is clean and beautiful. Views are spectacular. If you are unable to go up stairs to the third floor, it might not be ideal. But for everyone else, I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay here alot. The apartment has all the necessitys you would need during a vacation. It was very clean and had a stunning view to the sea and was very close to the beach. All the rooms had air conditioning with is very helpful to get through the hot days.The apartment is placed inside a very nice Resort with a private beach and private pools. At the street you have all the restaurants and shops that you would need. The apartment is placed very centrally and the city is filled with life. The host Jon was very helpful and welcoming. He was quick to answer and act whenever we needed anything and Luigj was always nearby and came to help with everything you need. He helped us bring our bags in and welcomed us warmly. Everyone was helpful and very flexible. We are a family with three children and everyone enjoyed their stay. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the city and beaches of Sarandë or visit the nearby Ksamil beaches.

Giuseppe and Alessia have created a wonderful and unique Airbnb experience with impeccable service. Alessia's Moroccan-inspired decor was like nothing I've ever seen! Breakfast was served each morning in a beautiful basket and they provided touches of their Apulian culture with information about the area and small gifts. Great place to stay in a very good location, the host was really friendly

We had a super nice stay with Véronique and Mikos. The location of the apartment is very convenient, from here you can easily explore the whole island by car. The room itself is very spacious and has everything you need, a kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony. The swimming pool is large and well maintained, as is the entire property. There is also a bar by the pool where you can order cocktails, smoothies and all kinds of food. Véronique and Mikos are here to make your stay great. Véronique even gave us vegetables from our own garden that we could cook with ourselves. In short, a top stay for a nice price.

Eralda's apartment is just as pictured and as described. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. During our week-long stay we did not miss anything. Eralda even provided refreshments and snacks for us, which we really enjoyed. At check-in, we were personally welcomed by Eralda and her husband and received a couple of tips about the area. There are several restaurants and a few houses away is a mini market. The pool that belongs to the complex is great (but for a fee). A big plus is the underground parking, where you always get a parking space. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the complex and Eralda is a very nice and helpful hostess!

Gorgeous luxury apartment , beautiful view , awesome host helps with all you need ! He’s a super host on all levels I travel a lot he’s my top3 favorite hosts ever! 10 meters away is an amazing rooftop bar Hidden lounge don’t worry they don’t play loud music and bars turn music off at midnight has cheap great espresso and breakfast great shisha and drinks we spent a lot of time relaxing enjoying the view and sunset here watching fútbol games. Great pizza place at main road 100 meters away halo supermarket is 2 floors has all you need very close 10 min walk Only thing you need is a fair taxi I suggest Thoma taxi & tours his family business is the fairest in saranda don’t hesitate to book this airbnb it’s in a quieter area but has all you need and about 5 euro with Thoma you’ll be in the center so it’s fast and cheap to get around . We stayed a month and absolutely loved this place we will be back

We had 8 nights at this nice place. 20 meters from lovely swimming pool which especially our children loved. 2 minutes walk to the sea. And 2-3 minutes walk to the supermarket and a fantastic bakery with delicious desserts. Nice place, great communication and a really good price! Hurry up and book! You won't find anything better at this price.

Very nice place to stay, I would recommend to any one!

Host was super kind and communicative! The space help our group well too. We had a longer stay so it was harder to keep the space clean, but when we asked for things the host was quick to help us. We had issues with ants and bugs in the house, in general, but we were able to keep an eye on food and such to help mitigate this.

Konstantinos was a great host. He sent me a wealth of information about the area and places to visit. The house was also in a quiet location, clean modern and cozy!! The sauna added a special touch too! Thank you!!

We had such a lovely time at the villa, my family and I thought that it was a superb place to stay. The layout, design and the pool area was fabulous. It was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations. Giurdignano itself was a wonderful village and we were made to feel very welcome there. The people at the local restaurant, sports bar, bakery and supermarket (and the tourist office which organised bikes for us) were fabulous. Special mention to Marcel who worked at the supermarket and restaurant, he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable… and was excellent at wine recommendations. Emanuela and her husband Flávio were on hand immediately when we occurred a power shortage.. all sorted very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

We felt super comfortable in Alexander's villa. The property is luxurious and simply "breath taking"!with beautiful views. Super nice garden with great terrace and beautiful huge palm trees, great illuminated pool and a sauna with a view, which we enjoyed on a cool rainy day. The villa is very spacious and well heated and warm even in the cooler season. The villa has very appealing and selected inventory and the kitchen is well furnished with a special wooden table as a dining table. The house was very clean and stocked with loving details. We were very happy about the olive oil bottle as a welcome gift. It was super delicious! Beds are very comfortable, we slept wonderfully in them. The surrounding area is very quiet and you are not far from the sweet traditional village of Afionas and great beaches. Communication worked out great. We will definitely be back, even in the high season!

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

Simply a perfect staying. The house is 15 metres from the sea, with restaurants, markets, bakery and everything you need at a walking distance. House very clean, with all the facilities you may need. Fabulous small garden with orange tree, lemon tree and olive tree perfect for amazing breakfast. Vasiliki always ready for every question or advice. We are happy 💯%!
