The entire space is PRIVATE to guests. The cleaning fee of 80 reais is not included in the price of the stay. The guest can arrange this service at check-in if desired. The house is located in a noble region of the city, close to Campolim, a bus terminal and restaurants. We prepare the space so that our guests feel at home, especially those who are in Sorocaba for work or tourism. Guests will have every comfort, with safety and privacy. The neighborhood has markets, a bakery and the best restaurants. Guests will have the entire house, the garage eventually shared with another independent house, which we have on the same plot of land.

Modern and cozy house in Tatuí, located within a gated community with total security. It has 2 en-suites + 1 bedroom. Ample indoor and outdoor space. Charcoal barbecue grill. Fully equipped, with a refrigerator with filtered water in the door, stove with oven, microwave and all necessary utensils. A cozy sofa in our beautiful living room. We are 25 minutes from Betel in Cesario Lange. I'm sure your stay will be amazing. We are available for questions.

The house has basic items such as: refrigerator, microwave, stove (without oven), pots, cutlery, bedding, Wi-Fi. The house is in the back of mine, so it's a family atmosphere. The location is quiet. *The TV only works with mirroring via cell phone *We do not have a garage * Visitors and animals are forbidden. *I do not recommend the stay for adults and young children because of the stairs that make it difficult to move around the environment.
