Holiday rentals with beach access in Ipioca Beach

The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

Best accommodation via Airbnb. Apto exactly as in the pictures. Ample space, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 TVs, kitchen with ideal size and the living room is the Gold of the place: very airy and with a cinematic view. Excellent location. Everything is impeccable.

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

We really liked the property and it suited us perfectly (both for the location, parking and interior space). The children's items were very useful (the toys mainly) and the accessory items too (cooler for example).

My family and I loved our stay, the beautiful, organized, clean AP, the sheets, towels and pillows with a wonderful clean smell. Close to everything, and experience was good mto.

Nice place to stay up to 3 people in my opinion. It is very well located, and the building is very well maintained! Safety is also a plus in this place, there is a security guard in front of the building and you only can get access to the main lobby if you have your fingerprints registered within your picture. Location is very good, and there is a laundromat right by the entrance, and a supermarket within .2 miles away. I recommend!

Impeccable apartment with very good tasteful furniture. You have all the utensils . Bathrooms extremely clean and with cute details and pampering. You find things that go from beach chair, culer….. hostess very much requests kind and kindly a cute . Super indico . I indicated and will always return to the same . Great experience.

Wow, it was amazing, we were well received, the house is much more than the photos show. It is extremely, impeccable, clean, organized, with kitchen items and in the rooms that made me and my family feel at home. We definitely recommend and will vote for Juliana's homes. Amazing and wonderful house, the house is beautiful, modern, super clean and organized, ventilated, wonderful garden, spacious environments. We were in maximum capacity and we still felt super comfortable. Several couches, tables, there was no room left for anyone. We were to celebrate our children's birthday with grandparents, uncles and cousins, the choice was perfect. The super-safe condominium, markets, snacks, pizzeria etc in the surroundings. The nearby beach (we were walking), as well as visiting other prsis nearby. Super recommend and I will come back more often

To start everything was clean and smelling, luciana was there to welcome us, friendly! Delicade in every detail of the house… Flowers, pampering… Even toys available for children! Beautiful location, with nature all around! Amamos… We'll definitely be back!

House is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. We felt at home. The house served us super well, all well equipped, everything very clean and fragrant. It is well located, very close to the sea, and we have some services very close by, such as a convenience, pharmacy and grocery store. Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. A tip I give is to hire the part of the services of Dona Lourdes, who was responsible for the organization of the house and the kitchen, a super friendly lady and a lot of good people, we love.. except that the foods she prepared for us were delicious, we recommend too much. All wonderful, we'll be back soon!

Impeccable house! Everything in measure, super well equipped, just arrive and use, it has everything we need. It is a very cozy, airy, spacious and comfortable house. The yard is super private and nice, integrated with the living room and kitchen. The hosts are very kind and proactive, leaving the house very well taken care of to welcome guests. We left already wanting to go back. Besides, the beach is very close and wonderful too.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Amei, everything very perfect. The ap is much more beautiful than in the picture. The view is really incredible. A liz left a portable crib for my baby. I loved it!! It really helped.
