In our space, we try, as much as possible, to provide a lot of privacy. It is not an extra room in the house, but rather a Studio with a separate and independent entrance, for a comfortable stay, without any inconvenience to you. It consists of a double bed, closet, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, table and chairs, ceiling fan and a private and independent bathroom. Our family does not have access to the space when it is being used. 2 km from Pq Anhembi - 3 km from Santana Metro and Pró Magno Event Center - 4 km, Barra Funda Terminal; Espaço das Américas; Vila Country; Expo-Barra Funda and Allianz Parque; 6 km from SP Center and Av. Paulista Avenue. Also, 30 minutes by bus to the Rua 25 de Março region.

Garden cottage with orchard in Vila Madalena, close to the neighborhood's main restaurants and sights. Well served by public transportation (10 minutes to Vila Madalena subway station, 20 minutes to Frad. Coutinho subway station), markets, bakeries, bars, cafes and squares of Vila Madalena and Pinheiros. The garden is a typical old orchard from the 1950s - depending on the time of year you can pick fruit from the tree ;) The chalet shares the garden with one other house, and there is a large patio between them, with separate entrances.
