The perfect home away from home, Ruth’s Cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Ipswich, featuring a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with firm queen size beds, dinning area and separate living areas. This light filled cottage has air-conditioning, high seed NBN internet access and is located a few minutes walk from the center of town and hospital precinct. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. If less than two guests are booked and you need access to the 2nd bedroom or if the single bed is required a small additional fee applies. EV fast charge 50m down street. The cottage has been renovated with luxury finishes and fittings while still feeling homely. Both beds have brand new firm mattresses with lovely soft pillow tops and high quality linen. Fully stocked kitchen and all bathroom amenities included. Guests have access to the entire cottage including off street parking for two vehicles. We are friendly hosts always just a phone call away, but keen to give you your space to enjoy the house. The popular 4 hearts brewing, Dovetails restaurant, and Brothers ice-creamery are only a short walk away in the 88 limestone precinct which is also a popular function center. Brisbane street and the mall are just beyond this precinct with more restaurants and cafe's, a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away on Gordon Street. The Ipswich central train station and hospital can be accessed on foot easily from the cottage. Ipswich art gallery and civic center are a 3-minute walk away. Metered street parking is also available in front of the property. Ipswich Train Station is a 5 minute walk away with direct links to Brisbane CBD and airport. This is a very quiet street, especially at night time.
