Great place to stay for peace and quiet. Nice view of the lake. The space is beautifully decorated, and the host has attended to every detail. Wonderful selection of snacks, water and coffee available. Also, a nice selection of toiletries. If you cannot make yourself comfortable here, it's your own fault!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described and looked better than the pictures. The location was perfect with easy access to I-77. I loved the thoughtful touches like coffee, candy/mints and a bottle of wine. I highly recommend this space.

The water just makes everything better. We traveled from CA to visit our daughter in Davidson. Their house is getting a bit cramped with two kids. Our son and family joined us from TN. The lakehouse gave us 4 bedrooms and a spacious family room and kitchen. The outside decks provided space to enjoy the evening hours with large tables for dining or playing games. It rained both nights so we did not get to enjoy the fire pit which is stocked with plenty of firewood. The house is well maintained with parking and nice walkable neighborhood. There was a private beach for the kids to enjoy or easy walk to the marina to rent boats or get a quick ice cream. There are several large grocery stores nearby and has plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. There were also a few coolers left in the house for day use or extra cold storage for drinks . Chad was an amazing host who was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to enjoy the lake! Thank you Chad!

This spot is truly a gem! 💎 the inside was so clean and smelled wonderful, perfect for a quick stay for family. The dock and lake were a perfect backdrop to a relaxing and fun weekend. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Definitely one of the best, easiest Airbnb stays I’ve had by far! There are many lovely touches throughout that make this place great. We really enjoyed the dock and paddle boards. Wish we could have stayed longer!

If there was an option for a 6 star-this place would get it! Exactly as described--except the view is even better in person. We had an unexpected emergency and he was able to let us check in a day early with less than an hour notice! Keith is quite the resource for all concierge needs--restaurants, tennis, activities etc, but it is also detailed in the apartment's handbook. Love love love the theatre--not just the recliners, but also a loveseat so very comfy to spread out or recline and I didn't need to wear my glasses since the screen is so huge! He does not skimp on the air conditioning and everything was very clean with lots of extra supplies. We are already looking at our schedules to try and return.

Nicole has a beautiful home that is incredibly well maintained and makes one feel comfortable, welcome and relaxed right away. I really enjoyed my short stay this time around and look forward to staying at her place again in the near future. Everything was wonderful and exactly as described. Perfect! It was clean, very comfortable bed, full fabulous kitchen, fantastic bathroom! Micheal did the extra mile with snacks, drinks, coffee, fruit, cleaning supplies, even extras for the bathroom-q-tips, razors, soap, shampoo! I really enjoyed my stay, it’s a little out of town but was perfect for me. I mean who doesn’t enjoy a perfect yard and golf course with their morning coffee?! I’m sure I’ve left something out but I would definitely book again!

Grand and glorious. This is really the perfect stay. The furnishings and bedding were luxurious yet comfortable. The lower level is completely private and opens onto a lovely lawn on the lake. All of our family members was thrilled with the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Powell’s Lake House! The property is absolutely beautiful. The location and amenities were exactly as described and the perfect weekend getaway for us! The apartment had plenty of space, was very clean and had new finishes and appliances! Mark was also very flexible with our schedule and attentive to our messages. We hope to be back again!!
