For those seeking an original, authentic, and immersive stay, this is the place—nothing like sleeping in your room, open air, with the sound of the rain. There is the occasional bark, but it is there to protect this little slice of adventure. Camilla is the host you'll want to have always, providing suggestions and being extremely willing to ensure you have a great time and experience everything the island has to offer. I feel so lucky to have made the right decision. One month in General Luna revealed more than I had expected, thanks in large part to Camilla and John. Thanks guys! Your project is fantastic, and so has been your contribution to my Siargao adventure. Will come back! 🌟

Our stay at LOA in Burgos was simply wonderful! Perfectly located near the beach, the place felt like a true home away from home – we could have easily spent a day or two just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The soothing sound of the river at night was an incredible bonus, making us feel completely immersed in nature. It's so well-ventilated that you really don't need A/C; the nights are beautifully cool. The hosts were incredibly nice and responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!

Man konnte einfach zum zara gelangen Shuttles am Flughafen fuhren direkt zu general luna. Joy war eine sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Person, welche für alle Fragen offen und zur Verfügung stand und uns stets weitergeholfen hat. Im allgemeinen waren wir sehr glücklich mit dieser Unterkunft und werden diese jederzeit wieder buchen. 🥰

Joy, our host was AMAZING. Very welcoming and easy to deal with. Great communication. The premises are VERY clean. Joy asked us what we wanted for breakfast the day before and what time. Everything was delicious and arrived on time. The location was great for us, just outside of General Luna. We walked to Sunset Bridge (10mins) for afternoon food and entertainment. We hired a scooter from the neighbours and travelled into town for the week. Kalo/Joy can organise a Tuk Tuk if you need. Great overall experience and very quiet.

10 out of 10 stay, specially because of the kindness of Ryan. He made us feel like part of the family! His focus is on giving back to the community, and he hooked us up with manny (local pro-surfer) to be our guide and teacher. To guide you around the island, he made a google map link with all the highlights. And for giving more specific recommendations he is super helpful to find the things you are looking for. Location is very quiet right in between GL & cloud 9. At the front there is a nice little shaded garden, in the middle a chill hang-out area & a cozy kitchen in the back. The beds are very comfy, AC makes the room cool, and the shower has good pressure. Lovely stay overall!
