Because the altitude is higher than the center, the temperature is about 10 degrees lower than the city center. Even without air conditioning, you can stay cool in summer. The bright sunshine on the spacious terrace is a fun time to spend with your family and friends. Outside, there is a large BBQ space. The table has a shade and the sofa has a parasol, so you can spend a relaxing time in the forest. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with a 120-inch 4K theater, so you can enjoy it indoors on rainy days. Outside, there is a 75 cm large fire pit that can be used with a touch oven.
