8th floor spacious 2 bedroom unit - one of the few with wrap around balcony/ocean view from anywhere in condo (except bathrooms!) With the family-friendly malecon across the street from Torre Eme, you can walk in either direction enjoying incredible views and a beer at one of the many beach palapas. Two bedrooms, each with two double beds recently renovated. The apartment has a full kitchen, a 55 inch flat TV. Our apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished with large windows and a beautiful roof with a view to the beach and spaces to relax and enjoy the sun. Stay cool with A/C and wind-down in our luuna mattresses. Each apartment is equipped with its own internet access point for good and speedy connection.

La Casa del Capitán is an old Hacienda that has just been remodeled. It has six apartments that were named after some of my favorites islands in Mexico. Isla Isabelita is a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and bath. Right outside is a pool, table and barbecue. It features beautiful artwork and a marble table. The best part is it’s just a block from the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay - Paola was VERY responsive and allowed us to check in slightly early. We initially had difficulty finding the key, but Paola responded very quickly and helped me to find everything we needed. Throughout the stay, Paola was very kind and gave excellent recommendations to make our stay more comfortable. The space was exceptionally clean, and the rooftop space with the pool was wonderful to use.

A lovely and comfortable condo with a breathtaking view! Fernando has thoughtfully provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The furniture is cozy and inviting, the kitchen is well-equipped with quality pots and pans (not scratched!), and there are beach essentials—including portable chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Having access to filtered water at the kitchen sink was a fantastic bonus! We especially loved spending time at the pool area, where we watched stunning sunsets over the old town—truly beautiful. The building has bright hallway lights, and unfortunately, some shine into the bedroom. Fernando has come up with a clever solution to minimize the impact, but if you're sensitive to light, like I am, an eye mask is a good idea. As for sound, well, this is Mexico—they love their music on the weekends! A pair of earplugs might come in handy at times. Overall, a fantastic stay in a well-appointed condo. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back!
