Beach apartment holiday rentals in Isla Verde

We enjoyed our stay at Linda’s apartment. She was an excellent host and check in was easy. The apartment was spotless and made us feel at home. The building is secure and you are steps away from the beach. The apartment is located in the center of Isla Verde and you are walking distance from anything you need. I would recommend Linda’s apartment and I would definitely stay here again when we return to PR.

This is our second stay here, and it was just as good as the first time!!! Absolutely love this condo and area!!!! Very comfortable and cute with lots to do in the area. Already planning our next trip 🇵🇷❤️🇵🇷 José is awesome, always quick to respond and super helpful!!!

Always clean and ready for guests

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

The condo was very clean and comfy for a family of 3. The highway is very close but couldn’t hear anything once you are inside the condo. The parking is sometimes tricky since there are limited spots in the neighborhood. Overall it was great, would definitely stay there again!

Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

This is a fantastic condo with at a great location with everything you may need and it’s near Viejo San Juan and Condado. The Host Angel is very accommodating and responsive, I would stay here again.

This home is a perfect pick if you want to rent something at a reasonable price! It was a center point to all the excursions we went on and was very close to the airport. Grocery store was within walking distance and food was easily accessible. Beach access was only a 3 minute walk which was convenient for relaxation.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Our honeymoon stay was AMAZING! We landed at 10am and Jose the host allowed us to stay temporarily in one of his other vacant units in the building until our original check in time for the room we booked since we were exhausted from our early morning flight. The location is amazing and in walking distance of so many things. Would DEFINITELY come back!

This is a great place to stay for vacation the host were wonderful and very responsive for any questions u may have. They’re plenty of places to eat that’s walking distance, or you can take a quick uber to Old San Juan for a great time.

Great place to stay. My go to spot for any vacations or getaways

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

I had such a wonderful time at Lynnette’s apartment! From the second I arrived, she made me feel right at home with her friendly hospitality. The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the little things I needed for a comfy stay. Lynnette really went the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience and was always quick to answer any questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better host!

This place was fantastic! Super clean, exactly as advertised, and the host was incredibly responsive, checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. The neighborhood has great coffee shops and breakfast spots, perfect for starting the day. A family-friendly beach is just up the road, and other beaches and parts of town are a quick Uber ride away. If you're looking for a great spot for a family getaway, I’d definitely recommend staying here!
