Spotless apartment! Very nice and familiar condominium! Ferrando was always communicative and very helpful! Apartamento is just like how they advertise it. Air-conditioning works very well. Kitchen is well equipped and with all the accessories to make diversified meals. Condomínio (Manzana) very calm and quiet. Great for resting. Fabulous Terrace for the end of the day. Maria Carmen always helpful and affordable to help us. We highly recommend it!

Fantastic place and stay, we spent most of the time on the balcony - brilliant to have so many lounging/seating options. The place had a lovely personal touch and really liked the thoughtful lighting - made it all very relaxing. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Just returned from 4 weeks in this lovely apartment. It was very warm when we were there so really appreciated having air conditioning. Didn’t meet Valerie but Armenia was always on hand and was very helpful when needed. The apartment was very well equipped for all your needs and the beds were very comfortable. The front and rear terraces were amazing and also the added bonus of a roof terrace with lovely views. The building has an elevator which was very convenient and there is also a pool close at hand. The apartment is very well situated for local amenities and we highly recommend it.

The place is perfect to spend a few quiet days enjoying the beach and a beautiful development with a pool that it has. The amenities offered with the urbanization are of high quality. Both the pool, the chiringuito, the padel or tennis courts or the garden itself, make you feel very comfortable and you can enjoy it from the first moment. The neighbors of the urbanization are very friendly so you feel as if you were in your own house. The house has everything you need to spend a few days. In the kitchen there are all kinds of utensils and the appliances are great. Same as in the living room and rooms as there is everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything. In addition, Carmen has always responded very quickly to all our inquiries and was very kind and helpful. Definitely a place to keep in favorites and repeat as soon as you can.

What a pleasant surprise! Cabanas de Tavira is a lovely place . We loved the beach, specially with kids, lots of shells and very calm ocean. My girls loved the swimming pool, and the apartment is walking distance to the restaurants and shops for a night stroll. We would definitely return. One of the nights my girls wanted to watch the evening show from the hotel, a bit pricey to what it is, but apart from that everything was great!

We spent 12 days in May in this beautiful apartment. It is clean and very well equipped; also many small things are available in the kitchen. The bed has a good mattress and very good pillows. We slept really well - also because it's so quiet. The apartment is beautifully bright and very comfortable due to the two balconies to the east and to the west: you can always choose whether you want to sit in the shade or in the sun. You are quite quickly on the beautiful beaches and also the restaurants, cafes and shopping in Santa Luzia are within walking distance. Arnaud and Paulo are very good hosts and very charming. We will be happy to come back!

Accommodation is as advertised. Everything is in perfect usable condition and very clean. A very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Mateo is the person who welcomed us. A very attentive and pleasant person who facilitated everything since we rented the apartment. It gave us check-in facilities, as well as to leave on the last day. Always trying to help. Plus she gave us on arrival with a bottle of wine, !!a detail!!. In short, to repeat!!

Very nice and quiet apartment, 3 minutes walk from a shopping center with supermarket, restaurants ... etc. The only thing the beach is a little removed. Everything was very clean and had everything needed for the stay. The terrace with a view to the pool, wonderful and the very nice development Antonio was attentive and helpful, the Chek in was very easy and quick.

A very nice uncomplicated hostess with a very nice, clean apartment. You have everything you need. With small extras. Many things would be considered. We felt very comfortable . I can recommend the apartment

We stayed with Mari Carmen for 4 months with 2 dogs. She is friendly and helpful. Responded immediately to minor issues. The apartment is big enough but a little cold in winter. Heating was available. The neighbors are very nice. We had a lovely time. Thanks Mari Carmen

We had a lovely time! What a unique stay! We loved having the pool to use on a quiet day or to refresh as we explored the area. As a family of 4 we had more than enough space. The parking is also super convenient. The host was very helpful with our questions. They also provided many local recommendations

We absolutely love our stay! Location was 10 min walk to golf course (with golf clubs in the unit to use!) SO many VERY GOOD restaurants within 10 min walk. Waterfront is 25 min walk—even more options!! Loved it so much we are looking to return next year!

Everything was perfect and very clean, I loved the apartment and the harmony I had and the layout. perfect to spend a few days there.

What a wonderful apartment,everything you needed for a long or short stay , bed was very comfortable,pillows were so good I went and bought same ones from ikea to take home . Bathroom was very nice ,large living room and bedroom ,2 min walk to supermarket,15 min walk from Tavira .Easy to use Uber to get taxi to mar shopping center in Almancil around 23 euro each way .Had a great holiday in this apartment

From the very beginning, they treated us excellently. The apartment was a 10, the terrace was incredible to rest and relax with the landscape. And there was everything, and in perfect condition. Emphasize how detail-oriented they are and how they make you feel at home. We recommend it for couples, even with a baby, as was our case. They had the crib with toys and stuffed animals. Totally recommended.

Juan and his wife were immediately very helpful and communicative, always available before, during, and after check-in. The space met expectations, very clean, tidy, quiet area. Surely, an experience to be repeated!

Andres is an excellent host, the accommodation is as advertised in the pictures, very accessible and spacious, everything was very clean, the development is very quiet, we would definitely repeat.

José Ramón is a charming person with a magnificent house and highly recommended for families. The house is located in the Golf which has parking, swimming pool, comfortable terrace and a great beach bar in the middle of the same urbanization. As a point of improvement, I would say the cleanliness of some tables and kitchen items that we find dirty, but nothing relevant. It was a wonderful stay and I would not hesitate to repeat.

Eugenia is a great host , very responsive. Upon arrival, Manolo explained everything perfectly. The apartment is very clean and very complete with items. The nearby beach and great terrace.

We enjoyed our 11 day stay very much. The apartment is large, comfortable, very well equipped and extremely clean. Has everything one might need. We enjoyed the nice balcony and watched the swallows nesting, please don't destroy the nests. They had extra value for us. The place is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a lot of nearby parking, restaurants, and a nice supermarket. Santa Luzia is quiet and lovely, and we enjoyed long walks by the seaside and fields around. We also had a nice walk to Tavira. The communication with Nuno and Alessandra was very efficient and they both were very nice and helpful. We will certainly come again.

The apartment was perfect for a stay with our 8 month old, had 2 bedrooms, high chair and even some toys which he enjoyed! The pools were lovely, and the ability to walk to lots of places to eat and drink was great, also lots of takeaway options on Uber eats! Made our evenings nice and relaxing after the baby went to bed. You had to take a boat to the beach, which with a baby was a bit daunting, but when you got there it was very well set up with a board walk for the buggy the whole way to the sun beds basically The stairs down to the apartment were a bit annoying with the buggy, would have been handy to exit the apartments at the gate we could clearly see at the end of our row of apartments, but not too much of a problem Nice to have the place cleaned half way through, kitchen well stocked with everything you’d want
