Lagavulin Hall

Lagavulin Hall is a 120 year old converted church in an attractive sheltered position, in its own garden, with views across Surnaig Bay to the ruins of Dunyveg Castle. The holiday let conversion has been done with a great deal of care and attention to the original features and external appearance of the building and has maintained the sense of space and light in the interior. The interior is grand and simple and furnished with many interesting pieces, as well as plain comfortable sofas.

Pier House

Pier House is beautifully located with stunning views. A huge lounge with Juliette balcony. The house is presented over 2 floors with the living room on the upper floor to maximise the exceptional vista. The house has all modern facilities and comes well equipped and presented. There are 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom, a separate wc and the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suite and shower. The property is on the edge of the beach and next to the pier, utterly perfectly located.

Bruichladdich Cottage

Bruichladdich cottage is situated on the seafront in the village of Bruichladdich overlooking Lochindaal and a few minutes walk from the famous Bruichladdich distillery. It has uninterrupted views across Lochindaal to the Paps of Jura and the Mull of Oa There is a grocery store and coffee shop two doors away and the pebble and sand beaches are in front of the cottage. Bruichladdich is two miles from Port Charlotte, a lovely walk along the new coastal walk and cycle path.

Cross House West - Cottage Close to the Beach

Cross House West is a short walk away from the quiet and safe beach with no road in-between. The garden is secure and private. The house is set back from the road with wonderful views in all directions. The area is centrally located for all the whisky distilleries and 1 mile from the nearest shop and hotel. Inside the house is very comfortable with wooden floors, a mixture of styles and fresh linen. We have recently upgraded the bathrooms - pictures to follow.

Top Garden Flat

A very nicely converted traditional stone building which was originally a cattle shed. It is situated at the rear of 10 Charlotte Street, (Entrance to the Flats is from Back Road). The location means that while it is central, it is also away from the main road and is quiet. It is minutes walk from the shops, Hotel, Bistro, The 3 Distilleries Path and bus stop. A perfect location to be based while exploring Islay.
