Pier House

Pier House is beautifully located with stunning views. A huge lounge with Juliette balcony. The house is presented over 2 floors with the living room on the upper floor to maximise the exceptional vista. The house has all modern facilities and comes well equipped and presented. There are 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom, a separate wc and the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suite and shower. The property is on the edge of the beach and next to the pier, utterly perfectly located.

Cross House East - Cottage by the Beach

Cross House East is available to rent throughout the year. During peak period, our minimum stay is 6 nights and between 2 Saturdays. If we have availability, we welcome guests for late-availability short breaks. Please message us to ask if you aren't able to instant book. Outside of peak season (May to September) we accept short breaks. Normally our calendar opens 3 months before arrival but contact us directly about dates outwith those times and we'll do what we can for you.

Top Garden Flat

A very nicely converted traditional stone building which was originally a cattle shed. It is situated at the rear of 10 Charlotte Street, (Entrance to the Flats is from Back Road). The location means that while it is central, it is also away from the main road and is quiet. It is minutes walk from the shops, Hotel, Bistro, The 3 Distilleries Path and bus stop. A perfect location to be based while exploring Islay.

The Schoolhouse at Kintour is both comfortable and stylish and has been fully modernised to provide a unique holiday experience for up to 6 people. The house is set in a tranquil location in the southeast corner of the island, overlooked by Islay's highest hill Beinn Bheigeir and near some beautiful beaches.
