Welcome to a spacious cottage in Bostere with 13 beds! The house is fully rented on a turnkey basis — only for your group. The cleanest beach is only a 2-minute walk away. Inside: 3 separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a large TV and, most importantly, 2 separate bathrooms with showers. There is a large terrace, a brazier, a cauldron, and a fire pit in the yard. The area is fenced and guarded, there is a children's playground and 3 parking spaces. Beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs. No meals.

The wooden house with an area of 85 m2 is located in the village of Chon-Sary-Oi, on the grounds of the "Barchyn" sports and recreation center for children. The beach is 600 m away, and the neighboring Raduga boarding house (to which we provide access) is 100 m away. The accommodation has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There is an outdoor cooking area with a swing, a daybed and a BBQ area. Unlike other boarding houses, we don't have noisy neighbor parties. The house grounds cover 6 acres of land

There are swimming pools with hot springs with mineral water 1 km away from the cottage.
