Beachfront holiday rentals in Istria County

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is neat and equipped with every comfort. If we are needed anything (which has not been necessary), we could always contact the host. A super quiet and beautiful area close to cozy villages and beautiful beaches.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for us and the location is excellent. There is very easy access to Pula, and for shopping and supplies. The swimming from Sunny Steps was wonderful and we loved being on the balcony looking out over the bay every evening. The local Wakepark bar was great also! I would love to go back and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

We would like to thank our hosts, Vlatka and Andreas, for the warm welcome. We felt truly cared for during our stay and appreciated the many helpful recommendations on which beaches to visit. The accommodation was lovely — we especially enjoyed the terrace and small garden, all on one level with no stairs, which made everything comfortable and accessible. We took advantage of the paddle board and kayak rentals, which added many beautiful memories to our trip. The area is peaceful, and the walk to the sea — about 10 minutes downhill along a road — was easy even with small children. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the terrace in the evening, under a sky full of stars, with the fresh summer air and complete tranquility. We would love to return one day. We truly felt at home.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

One of our best Airbnb stay, we would like to come back again! The Garden is beautiful and the Apartment has everything what you need!

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Natasha´s place during the beginning/low season. We found it very peaceful, clean, well taken care of. Natasha is a great host, caring. The place is ideal for families or groups of friends as there are more apartments. Recommending!

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. the hostess was very friendly, helpful and always available. we were even allowed to stay in the accommodation several hours in advance and also on the day of departure. the accommodation is very large and has very good facilities, especially in the kitchen. both Pula and the beaches are easily accessible. a supermarket is within walking distance in 2 min. the private pool was great and our son liked it very much. definitely highly recommended :)

A beautiful apartment with very nice hosts! Our apartment was very clean and well appointed. The villa has a beautiful pool area with loungers, the beach/sea can be reached in about 5 minutes walk. Perfect location for a relaxing summer vacation!

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

Dezi is a super cool host, eager to help and offers a lot of advices how to make your stay in Umag memorable. In the end we wanted to extend our time there, but unfortunately she had other guests coming. We are very grateful for the time spent. Best location any apartment could have: magnificent beaches in walking distance, shops close by, and the busier city centre is reached with the bikes provided by Christine on less than 10 minutes. Really couldn’t have been better..

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as pictured, super clean and in a great location. Day check-in via key box was super easy. On the second day, we met briefly and got some local tips. We will be happy to come back!
