The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu 15 minuta hodanja do centra. Apartman se prvi puta otvara za goste u ljeto 2024. Najbliža plaža zove se Pješćana uvala i udaljena je svega nekoliko minuta kao i veći dućani i Pula City Mall.

On the ground floor it has a kitchen, a lounge area with a TV and an open fireplace. A flight of stairs climbs up the hallway that shares two bedrooms. There is a french bed with closets and other equipment as well as a room with two separate single beds.
