The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious, the hosts were always very attentive and helpful. The areas of the condominium are very nice and beautiful, a beautiful lookout point and a riverfront club.

It was a very good experience! Quiet place, and everything was exactly as in the photos. The house is well equipped and has everything you need for an excellent trip.

We really enjoyed our stay… Great location, pool every day goes through cleanliness, great restaurants close by. For sightseeing there are Dunas do Saco, Praia do Abais, Praia do Saco and many other beaches. Wonderful restaurants of Lagoa do Tambaquis, small markets nearby, beach in front of the deserted house, it was well worth it.

My group and I spent New Year's Eve at Vannia's house, we liked it very much, close to the beach, good cleanliness, cozy house, plenty of common area, plenty of kitchen utensils. We could have used more electrical outlets in the outdoor area.

Good experience. The hosts are well polite and enjoyable, greeted me at check-in and check-out. Casa is located in a quiet region, with a pharmacy, market, cafeteria, beverage distributor and bakery in a radius of up to 1 km. The nearby beach (Abaís, a 10 minute walk or 3 minutes by car) is only busy on Saturday and Sunday, the other days are very quiet. Some useful information: Although there is no heating in the pool, the water temperature is very pleasant (warm), I stayed in the summer so the weather was very hot. The tap water has a high concentration of iron (normal in coastal regions) soon has an unpleasant smell (nothing that gets in the way). The house has 3 suites (electric shower in only one). Overall, the experience was good, being by car it is possible with a few minutes of travel to the Lagoa dos Tambaquis (5 minutes), the city of Pontal (motorboat to Mangue Seco) at 40 minutes, beaches of Aracaju at 1 hour and Praia do Saco at 20 minutes.

The house is great, spacious, it was clean and everything confirms the description. Rita welcomed us very well and was attentive, I recommend!

Sr Dilson was very attentive and available. The whole house is equipped and organized, including a list showing the location of each item. It is not on the riverfront, but you could walk to the waterfront, to take the vessels from the crossing to Mangue Seco and other beaches. Since we were by car, we prefer not to walk, because the waterfront has easy parking. He gave several tour tips which made us much easier and we all did. Super recommend! I would come back again and again.

The house is excellent for those who travel with their family, close to Praia do Saco, Tambaquis and tb motorboat exit to Mangue Seca, who wants to go in these places is worth it. Anne Caroline always responded to me quickly and was very proactive. I had an unforeseen moment with the door and it helped me with a lot of good will to make the lodging quiet. Gave me good tips for tours and places to go. The children loved the pool and the place is privileged because it is very close to the dunes, and it is possible to play there what becomes an attraction apart. The only point to think about would be a small support cabinet in the rooms but from what she told me is already being solved. Voltaria for sure!!!

We spent the Revéillon season in the house and it was great! The house is very good, well located in the condominium, comfortable, spacious, equipped, excellent wifi and has a swimming pool service ( to ensure daily cleaning of the pool). We found the house very well clean and organized, ready to welcome my group. I need to mention the tranquility, there was no sound noise in the surroundings. And we could have fun and rest without any inconvenience. We use the areas of the condominium, we and the children love it ( court, viewpoint and square). Karine informs all that is needed for a good season in the house. Everything worked out just fine! We also had an indication of the service of the diarist Isabel that was a marvel, we love it. Very attentive, polite, organized everything for us. I'd come back more often!

We appreciate Cleber's hospitality, and we definitely recommend it. The condominium is wonderful and so is the home. The region has great places to see how the Tambaquis lagoon and the beaches.

Paulo's house is very cozy, everything we need we find. The wonderful pool. The host Mauricio is very kind and helpful. My family loved it. We hope to return soon. Very kind and proactive host.

Mr. Joel's villa is fantastic as well as the owner. All organized, safe, several fruits (which by the way we were received a tray of these), wide and more charming than in the photos. We went to the Carnival and it was great to rest. Everything worked out perfectly. Communication was excellent and always quick. Anyway, I recommend and would come back.

The house is very good, wide, very well ventilated and very well equipped and the condominium has excellent spaces. Luiz is a great host, always very kind . My family loved it. We hope to come back again.
