Holiday rentals with beach access in Itacimirim Beach

The location is great, facing the beach and a few minutes' walk from the natural pools. The pool facing the beach is spectacular. Rafael gave excellent tips on restaurants, markets and tours. The apartment is super new, well furnished and preserved (the small reservations are maintenance/common problems of any rental property and that Rafael promptly solved.) A washer/dryer and an Airfryer were installed just before we arrived, which was great. I highly recommend it and we hope to return.

Despite the rainy season that disturbed a lot, the location of the property greatly facilitated our commute to the village, restaurants, church, etc... The apartment, very well equipped, fully satisfied our needs. At another time, if possible, I intend to rent the same apartment.

The apartment is simply perfect. The pool area is right in front of the balcony and the condominium is very well maintained. I highly recommend it!

We liked the stay very much, the accommodation was very cozy & the host was always easy to reach. The beach was 20 meters from the accommodation and also super clean and beautiful.

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed. Espaço HAS EXCEEDED expectations. The condominium is beautiful and very cozy and is in a more noble region, with clean beaches. Amazing the structure to welcome the tourist. Calçamento is suitable afforestation. Beach stalls with good accommodation and no exploration. Shops/chairs available free of charge (consumption only).

I really liked the Village and the condominium. All very clean and really matches the photos and descriptions advertised. The hostess Lorena a lot requests. I recommend and hope to return soon.

The stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air conditioning in all rooms. In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

The space was well designed, creating a perfect balance between luxury and nature. An environment focused on Nature, it also reveals an interior with impeccably curated furniture. Each suite is a sanctuary of tranquility, with a panoramic view balcony, incredible bathroom, premium trousseau and absolute silence. We use the barbecue and the house has all the items for the organization and functionality of the kitchen + outdoor area. As a plus and not least, Luan was an excellent host, perfect in his recommendations. I highly recommend it. We'll be back in Brief!

The house is beautiful, elegantly decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable and cozy. The indicated employees were efficient and the food made by Regina delicious. Christine has been perfect since booking day. Always very attentive, proactive, efficient and fast in response. Very solicitous, always willing to help. Received us with a delicious basket! The beach is almost private and very beautiful. The house is very close to the beach, just a short walk through the beautiful condo. Super recommend staying in this magazine house!

My family and I spent wonderful days at Adriana's house. The house is beautiful, cozy, well equipped, comfortable, even better than what appears in the photos. The condominium is pe in the sand, super organized and the staff very polite. Adriana from the beginning was very attentive, polite and responded to us with agility. Anyway, there were days of much peace, rest and joy in this amazing house, where we intend to come back several times!

Large house, with rooms with lots of privacy, great for situations like mine, where we enjoy the space with another family friend! Great pool with super nice kiosk and delicious TV room with a window for the pool! The condominium is in a strategic location, very close to Guarajuba and its attractions and especially close to Praia do Forte, which is WONDERFUL!!! As a suggestion, based on my personal perception (just that!), it is worth opening the rooms for ventilation before the arrival of the families, as the rooms have lots of wood and upholstery. And the Host is a super partner and attentive, thank you so much for that!

We were very welcome the apt was impeccable in storage and cleaning, the place is very close to the beach in addition to all the comfort items that Fernanda provides us. Fernanda is an excellent host!

Without a doubt, it was the best house we've ever stayed in on our travels, the house is perfect in every way, the host is a 10 and I dare say that there is no better beach than Praia do Forte! I recommend it to everyone!

Maria Luiza's apartment, besides being very well equipped and clean, is in the best spot, in my opinion, of Praia do Forte. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING, easy to find and above all a great spot for those who want to do everything on foot. The condominium is very clean, attentive staff and very safe. The pool is delightful and is right in front of the beach, you can go down from the outside area. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Praia do Forte.

Very organized and well-maintained condominium. Tranquil beach. Very safe place. Great for families with young children. Well equipped and spacious barbecue area. It was the place with the most smelling bedding I've ever been in, including that of the hotels I've been through.

Excellent stay, everything extremely clean and organized, easy access to the beach and the village. The host was extremely kind, helpful and courteous, very careful with our baby, leaving a crib and bathtub. We really felt at home, and the feeling we had was that we wanted to come back and stay again!!

Everything exactly as I imagined. I already knew the region so I didn't stay in Praia at the bottom of the condominium, because I prefer Praia do Forte, Praia do Lord, and region. But we went to meet and play with our son in the area. Everything perfect and Lucas a great host.
