Holiday rentals with a patio in Itagüí

This place was a gem! Nathalia and her team were incredibly responsive—communication was fast and smooth. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy check-in and check-out. It was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, featuring Alexa, a stunning city view, a clean kitchenette, and a fully stocked bathroom. Laundry was conveniently located on the same floor and easy to use with the Speed Queen app—no cash needed. There’s also a small shop in the building with snacks and essentials. While it’s not a hotel, it’s kept very clean and feels just as nice. The location is perfect—great restaurants, stores, and everything you need within 5–15 minutes. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Medellín!

A la subida por la loma hasta la casa el carro sufrió 😝 por lo demás estaba todo perfecto, el señor una belleza de persona, atento siempre que se le necesitaba parking con ascensor incluido en el precio, todo muy bien amueblado, con toallas, mantas, y unas vistas espectaculares. Si acaso tuviera que poner un pero, la limpieza no era un 100%, quizá un 85, por lo demás, todo increíble.

La actitud de los anfitriones fue siempre muy amable, respuestas rápidas y precisas. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, con todas las herramientas para una agradable estadía. Nos encanto

Fuimos para estar cerca a una clínica por motivos de salud de un familiar. La ubicación nos quedó perfecta a Clinica Antioquia . muy cerca a supermercados . el dpto bastante cómodo. grcias Carolina por la atención.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

El alojamiento estuvo excelente, daniel es excelente anfitrión, lo mejor de todo es el jacuzzi, las habitaciones son muy amplias y está cerca de todo, saludos.

La descripcion coincide con lo que se encuentra en la casa. Muy bien ubicado y tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Great location and beautiful room with a view

Todo fue excelente durante la estadía. El apto es tal como se aprecia en las foto. Está muy céntrico de todo. La comunicación fue fluida y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. una estadía de 5 estrellas!!. Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!

The location of this unit cannot be beat, and the terrace is delightful. A caution to anyone 6'3" or taller that the bed is a bit small for someone who is really tall.

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
