Casinha da Ilha - Fiber optic internet

We are 950 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, near Penha, just before the Vila de Barra do Gil and on the right side of the highway, from those arriving by ferry. Walk 12 minutes and enjoy the blue-green sea of warm waters. See the map with the percussion between the house and the beach in the photo gallery. The house, recently renovated, was built on ample land, all walled, surrounded by balconies. The street is quiet and two steps from the burburilho of Vila de Barra do Gil.

Ilha do Sol Villa

I am located in one of the best condominiums on the island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for swimming and water sports, we have a boardwalk for walking by the sea, a playground, a kiosk and a soccer field. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 1 master suite and a bedroom with a bathroom in the house and in an annex + an en-suite. Swimming pool, complete gourmet area and, for your comfort, a balcony with a hammock for you to take a nap or have a chat!!!!

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful beach house, in a gated community, with direct beach access and complete infrastructure; playground, soccer field and volleyball court. As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.
